The place was very near the Duomo. Just a few walks away. Loved the upgrade! Wifi gets tricky so had to use mobile data.

The location is perfect which is a stone’s distance away from the Duomo Milan and shopping districts!

Excellent location. Steps from duomo cathedral, shops including designer and metro is on the door steps. All tourist attractions are within 3 to 15 min walk. Hotel room was big and had separate bath and shower. Didn’t book breakfast as lots of eating places on door steps

We were in Milan for the first time. The staff really looked after us, booking restaurants, giving directions and even walking us to the tram!  

It has been a great experience for me. It is a very good location. Rooms are spacious. Employees on the front desk are very helpful and friendly.

The room is old. At the reception they really want to cheat... they charged a tax for 2 guests although I was alone.

It's a hotel that's really 30 seconds away from Duomo Square heh The room is spacious and the Italian sensibility was good🤍 The staff are kind heh It was really comfortable~

Not bad, the location is very convenient

Considering that our stay was in the summer (from July 17 to July 20), my wife and I were settled in a room in which the air conditioner did not work, as a result we had to move to another hotel of the same chain, all this happened at night. The problem could not be solved here and now. Everything was fixed the next day. They can’t provide a fumigator (and this is in a 4 star hotel - laughter and nothing more!), despite the fact that there are a lot of mosquitoes! Also, of course, you need to put the rooms in order, everything is quite ushatannaya.

The best rich in front of the Duomo, the front desk staff was kind and gave us information on restaurants, reservations, sightseeing spots, and strikes. I want to go again🍋🇮🇹🥰🔥

Stayed for 4 nights. The elevator was broken and unusable. The luggage had to be carried upstairs. There were hairs on the towels. The front desk said that only one bottle of drinking water would be given on the first day. After the front desk finished talking, I forgot to make up 4 shampoos and forgot to shower gel, and forgot to make up the coffee and tea bags. I feel sorry for the standard of a 4-star hotel and its amateurishness. The only advantage is that it is close to Milan Cathedral, and the room is fairly quiet.

Good location, service too slow, long wait, room too old!
