The environment is good and many resterants nearby. U Could walk to Duomo in 10 minutes. The receptionist is very nice and support to make reservation for the resterant. 9 eurs is charged for two bottles of water while 4.5 eur is told to be charged on WhatsApp by receptionist. Maybe more training about hotel policy needed.

The room is clean and tidy, and the decoration is very new. The room is just too small. Except for the walkway beside the bed, there is almost no extra space for movement. Even two suitcases cannot be opened. Security is good, the front desk has working hours, so be careful that no one is there in the morning and evening. There is a subway station and a supermarket nearby. You need to walk for a while. The distance is not far, but it is all stone roads, which is not friendly if you drag your suitcase.
