We absolutely love this hotel! The apartments are spotless and well equipped, with three lovely pools that never feel overcrowded. The poolside café is excellent too — great food at sensible prices. A perfect spot for a few days of sunshine, and worth every penny!

This is a nice resort with indoor pool and sauna in Mijas Pueblo. It is at least 3 degrees colder than in Mijas Costa. The beach is a 20 minutes ride in low season. Our renovated superior two bed apartment had seaview, 3 airconditioning units, a lot of light. The kitchen has a washing machine and a dishwasher but the kitchen is old. One seperate bathroom and one bedroom with a bath in the room itself. Reception was friendly. Unfortunately in the welnesscentre the steambath was not working properly and the aromatherapy shower was out of order. The indoor pool had a good temperature. The resort is very near the centre of Mijas with the mule rides, white houses and lots of restaurants.

This is the fourth or fifth time I have been here in the last 20 years. In that time not a lot has changed, a few minor updates here and there but thats not a bad thing and although some things are a little dated its still a well equipped apartment. Three adults and two kids stayed for five nights and used it mainly as a home base, spending most of the time out and about on visits but it was still a nice place for our breakfast and late evening relaxation. The surrounding town is lovely (ignoring the mistreatment of the donkeys) with a few restaurants, great views, local shops for supplies and a couple of interesting places to see. You can occupy yourself for a couple of days here at a push. Will we be back, almost certainly.

The property was clean and well maintained.
The only downside is not enough sunbeds for the amount of guests so sunbed wars were a thing!

This was our second stay at La Ermita. This time we upgraded from a Classic to a Superior room. It was far better, furnishings were cleaner and more up to date. We had a stunning sea view and loved our clean apartment. The bathroom being part of the main bedroom was a bit of a surprise at first but we used the other bathroom during our stay. The pool was busier than the last time that we stayed but we wouldn’t let that put us off in future. A big shout out to Dina and Adam at the pool bar. So friendly! We look forward to staying again!

Perfect quiet location for sophisticated travelers, high up in the mountains over looking the chaotic crowds on the sea front. We picked up a rental car on arrival in Malaga airport so we had no problems exploring southern Spain

Perfect Stay
Modern, clean & well appointed apartment. Fabulous view from the balcony too. Plenty of space for two adults and two teenagers. Good internet speed & TV with English channels for anyone else taking teenagers abroad!! We had a small issue with a broken window lock which was fixed immediately by very friendly and helpful staff. Small air conditioned gym with plenty of equipment (maybe a little too much for the space if I’m honest) which was good. Enjoyed drinks round the pools from the bar there. Perfect location about 7 minute’s walk up a fairly steep hill. We really enjoyed our stay here and look forward to returning- thank you.

We love La Ermita and have visited it several times. This time we had some problems with a group of very noisy Arabic guests, and La Ermita tried to solve it as good as possible.
