A full kitchen, pullout couch, digital fireplace and laundry facilities make our Creekside Cottage a perfect getaway. This private guesthouse is ready for you! We take pride in making you feel like home away from home. Separate entrance with shared driveway parking so you can come and go as you please with extensive cleaning protocols.
We are proud of our updated getaway space. Perfect for those looking for some tranquility with easy access to the DFW Metroplex, wedding and sports venues. Easy access to multiple interstates.
What we don’t have is great cell coverage depending on your carrier. You may experience spotty service in our neighborhood and throughout Midlothian. There is WiFi access with Firesticks on all TVs for movie channels with limited streaming.
We live on-site with our family and dogs so you may see us in our daily routines which means we are as friendly as you want us to be! We are here for you and hope you enjoy our space as much as we do. The host was very welcoming, checking up on us to make sure everything was going okay. We loved the popcorn and coffee. The place lived up to its name. Very quiet and peaceful! Was also the perfect amount of space for two people .

We came to Midlothian for a wedding and loved our short stay at this little creekside cottage. It's a little guesthouse situated on the backside of a bigger property. Entrance to the house is super easy and has a dedicated parking spot. It was ultra quiet and very relaxing. The host was also very clear with check in/out instructions and responsive to any of our questions. The cottage has everything you could possibly need: a comfy livingroom area, a fully stocked kitchen, a spacious bathroom with a big closet, and a comfy queen bed. It's super close to lots of restaurants, bars, shopping, and more. If you're looking for a place to stay near the Firefly Gardens venue, don't skip this spot.

Beautiful cottage in Midlothian!
This was our second stay at the Creekside Cottage! It's located in a peaceful neighborhood with easy access to the highway.The cottage is clean and has everything that you need for a comfortable, relaxing and enjoyable stay. Jill is a wonderful host and provided excellent communication before and during our stay.Would highly recommend!
