Four Points by Sheraton Midland

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It's nice and new. Easy to get to. Not real far from stuff. A nice theater within walking distance. I enjoyed the shower. Nice hot water and nice flow from the shower head. If I had one complaint perhaps it would be for the rooms to be bigger!

This hotel is quite isolated, but it is well appointed, has a nice lounge and all services, and is in very good condition. The room was very well appointed for working, and the pantry had snacks available when I got the munchies!

My husband and I stayed one night here and we had a great time. Quick and friendly check in. Went down to the bar for some drinks and had some good conversation down there with the staff and other patrons. Didn't try the food but heard nothing but good stuff about it. The room was very nice, clean and modern. Bed was super comfy and we slept great. I wish they had curtains you could close instead of the roll down blinds, that way you could black out the light in the morning! Only complaint I had was that they only had one thing of regular coffee in the room and when my husband went down to get some more, they informed him they were out! I need my morning coffee too! Overall it was a great stay. Really nice and clean and modern. Great staff. Would stay here again.

In the category of “I-wish-I-could-give-them-a-zero-star”, just had a terrible experience at this “hotel”. Took two hours just to check in due to their SNAFU’s (in the military sense) and BOHICA’s (in the Bend-Over-Here-It-Comes-Again sense). I’m exhausted now and hope that housekeeping didn’t spit (or worse) in my bed. I vow that I will go to extremes to ensure that the Marriott Corporation no longer gets my money. Thank the gods for Hilton!!!

It’s rare to find someone so consistently kind and professional, and her efforts do not go unnoticed. Overall, this hotel offers a great experience, and the outstanding service from staff like Andrea really sets it apart. I highly recommend staying here—not just for the clean rooms and convenient location, but for the genuine hospitality that makes you feel like part of the family.

Ordered wings and beer at the bar and Andrea, who was filling in at late notice took care of everything. She was very nice and informed me of all the happy hour specials which were ending in minutes. She added a honey drizzle sauce for the wings which was incredible. Andrea is an MVP
