My family and I stayed here for a wedding. The Inn offered an adjusted rate for wedding guests, which was nice. The hotel was clean, conveniently located & there are shops/amenities nearby if you're looking to get something outside the facility. The restaurant/bar are nice & the food is good. The staff is wonderful! Kayla & Ricky were friendly, knowledgeable and super accommodating. They helped procure an early check-in after a long drive & a high floor room to address my pet allergy. (The Inn is pet friendly). They also had great suggestions for local eateries & coffee shops. A nice place to stay.

Thank you Ricky for making the check in process so easy and making us feel so welcomed!! Our room was spacious and clean. We ventured down for Dinner at the Tavern at the Armory (off the hotel lobby). The menu was not overwhelmingly large and still had many enticing options that made it tough to choose. Each member of my family of four were so happy with our meals and drinks!

We stayed Do you know it’s for her nephews wedding which was in Durham about 15 minutes away so it was very convenient to get to. We enjoyed walking the main street of big when we had a bit of downtime. The food was delicious. The bar was happen and lots of fun all the staff were exceptionally customer service oriented, pleasant and accommodating would definitely stay there again if we are in the area rooms were comfortable not overly done, with all the comforts of home.

At this day and age which hotel does not have a safe for customer valuables. They preferred liability over customer safety.

Awful experience. With my 2 kids visiting Wesleyan. We were put in a basement room (although I can't imagine the hotel is full). Kicking myself for not complaining right away as now I can't sleep listening to some rolling cart constantly being moved in the parking lot right outside our window, and hear tv across hall as rooms are paper thin. The smell is chlorinated mustiness as there's a pool down here. We were offered zero help with bags or getting the dolly when we checked in. I feel unsafe and the noise down here is nonstop. HVAC, doors, tv. People in hallway and parking lot noise. Opposite of what we were expecting.

We stayed at the Inn for a family wedding and had a fantastic experience. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the staff were the friendliest I've met in my travels. Merry at the front desk was extraordinary, helping us find a last-minute breakfast restaurant for 18 and making sure we had all we needed to be comfortable during our stay. The front desk staff quite agreeably helped us sort things out as our room needs changed, including adding a couple of extra nights up front. Two other wedding parties were in the hotel the same weekend; am not surprised, as the large, elegant rooms allowed plenty of space to get ready. The suite with adjoining queen room was perfect for the bride to get ready. Would definitely stay here again.
