This house is completely new inside and fully furnished! 3 queen size bedrooms, 2 full baths, large TV room with a 55 inch flat screen TV, Roku, free wifi, internet, leather couch and chairs. Each bedroom has a TV with a Amazon Fire Stick. The property is on a one acre lot with plenty of space to enjoy the outdoors. New deck area with Weber barbecue grill. Stayed for 1 night so didn't cook there. There is a very nice coffee station. Furniture and beds were very comfortable.

Great proximity to Cooperstown. Spacious, well stocked and clean. Beds comfortable and showers were very large. Weather too chilly to enjoy the deck & lawn area. Owner very helpful with golfing/restaurant suggestions and all communication was very quick. Would definitely stay again.

Our overall stay was good. The home is comfortable and has plenty of space and amenities for our family, unfortunately there were issues with the cleanliness in general...it was not done to our expectations or satisfaction. Also, one of the bedrooms upstairs has an extremely high bed to get in and out of and I would caution those who are either elderly or unable to get up and down to be aware of this. Maybe the listing could describe it a bit more. We didn't use the outdoor space due to time constraints however the outdoor seating and grill area could also use some TLC.

Great week!
This was the perfect place for our family during our visit to Cooperstown Dreams Park! It was very clean and had everything we needed during our stay. Dave was very responsive and addressed matters very quickly. The location was 5 minutes to Dreams Park, which was very convenient with being able to run back to rest a little between games. Our team won the whole thing, so it must have been a lucky house!

Very comfortable
Such a nice house! Everything is so nicely done - from the super comfy beds to having coffee available. We were happy to find a place which accepts two big dogs, and the house is an easy drive to the village.
