Comfortable

I found some small black debris after the water came out of the bathtub in the room. I'm not sure if it was in the pool or in the water. I still saw it after the water ran out and was replayed. The overall visual of the room was very comfortable and clean. Maybe my skin is more sensitive and I still felt a little itchy caused by dust mites, but I still slept well until dawn. It was nice to relax and have a good rest in a natural environment. For meals, we had hotpot in the evening and breakfast in the morning. Both were average. There were not many styles but they were enough. The attitude of the service staff was very good!

There is still garbage left by the previous tenants in the room, and there are many small ants crawling on the bed. The service staff is polite but not very proactive in handling things. If these can be improved, the business should be better. After all, the price is not low. I still hope to have better service quality

It happened to rain during check-in time, and something uncomfortable happened. 1. After checking in, I need to go to the parking lot to pick up my luggage. I asked the management brother to take us down to pick up our luggage. The big brother said in a very embarrassed manner: Can you wait a moment? It's raining heavily now. (My whole body is wet. I need to go back to the room first. I can’t change my clothes.) I said with emotion: My whole body is wet now! ! ! ! The eldest brother immediately said: OK, OK, I will take you down to collect your luggage. 3. After we brought the luggage up, I saw other cars getting off the car and unloading some luggage in the canopy next to the hotel entrance. I felt even more uncomfortable. I immediately gave my reaction to the management brother who helped carry the luggage, and he only said "Excuse me". -The check-in process was very uncomfortable. - Where to park is not the problem, the problem is heavy rain. We must have rainy weather contingency measures to reduce the number of times we get wet. -I am willing to understand the heavy rain and the hard work of the staff to mediate the scene, but the response and approach are unacceptable to me.
