第一：我們是昨天晚上十一點左右到的，停車場需要前台拿票，才能開進去，這個能理解，不能理解的是前台説了一句開進來就不能出去了，不能不住了，消費者什麼時候變得沒有了選擇的權利，到了地下車庫酒店的服務員接的我們，第一遍問她我們要停在那裡，不説話，我們往前開又問了一遍，停在那裡，還是不説話，服務意識沒有，服務態度極差
第二：到了酒店開了房間，我們開了兩間，第一間空調很好，沒有噪音，我們的那間空調噪音很大，風小就不涼快，風大就有噪音，於是聯繫前台，前台讓服務員上來了，上來調了噪音還是很大，我們要求換房，這個時候前台的態度就是讓我們等，他們在看，凌晨讓我們在房間裏等，等了五六分鐘我就問她不能換是不是，她給我來一句因為這個房間你們用過了我再給你們看，我沒説不能換，我卡都帶上來了，態度極其惡劣，房間裏床都沒坐一下，廁所都沒上，就做他凳子上抽了個煙，且不説我們用沒用房間，就算用了，難道房間有問題不能要求換房？我沒見過那個連鎖酒店是這樣的
第三：後來我們到門外等他，前台又在打電話又在這那的，換房期間等了足足半個小時，我們就站在門外，後面電話打完了，跟我們來一句，你確定給你換的這個房間沒問題吧，沒問題的話後面就不可以再換了，如果有問題我沒有權利要求更換房間嗎
第四：一個連鎖店，體驗感極差，服務意識一點都沒有，給人的印象就是無所謂，就這樣，你愛住不住

房間整齊乾淨，設施齊全。服務貼心周到，有馬桶墊，紙杯，一次性面巾，都準備齊了。位置很好，離馬家巷咫尺之遙，各式各樣的小吃數不勝數。遊玩一天，下樓就有好吃的，肥腸粉，沾沾，小麪，紅糖涼蝦，各式糖水，讓人目不暇接。
