環境：離市區較遠，有獨立停車場，停車服務大叔很好。距離濕地公園很近，酒店環境幽靜，佔地面積大，酒店內有一池水，應該是很久未治理，池水渾濁，水中有很大聲鳴叫的生物。
設施：乾濕分離，房間較大，洗手枱較低估計考慮到小朋友設計。我們定的有個小花園，面積較小。房間配備香，打火機也是防風，有堅果和餅乾，能看出設施和配置是用心的。
服務：預訂後有服務人員確認，態度很好。預訂時備註不要把頭及尾房，正對樓梯的房間，睡眠不好還帶了寵物請安排安靜房間。好麻晚上十點左右到的，也沒仔細觀察，半夜樓道喧嘩聲，隔壁進出聲。第二天一看左手消毒間，門口擺滿了保潔消毒用品，右手公用衞生間。本人在外入住酒店會自行進行全面衞生處理，鋪上一次性床品，很是繁瑣。提了意見説安排調房，考慮我又要重複一遍就放棄調房。於是忍受了我家寵物半夜聽見動靜就叫的幾天。為了表示歉意送了幾盤水果和堅果。後來因為行程改變續住一天，為了方便酒店對客房安排，在外用微信問續住事宜。服務員説馬上回復，結果等我回到酒店過了一個多小時也沒有回覆，到了前台後服務員明明坐在前台馬上説她剛才在忙，沒有回覆。忙或者剛看完以及不忙的狀態我還是能分辨出，進房間後不到五分鐘回覆我可以續住，我笑了。退房時問我住的好不好，你説呢？説不好好像也還可以，説好我心裏總是不舒服的，差那麼一口氣
早餐：自助形式，面積不大，每天有相應主題，第一天是海鮮小米粥，第二天吃了紅油米粉，每天不一樣很好。但是個別服務人員態度真的是需要提升，語氣不耐煩，動作粗魯（一個小個子略胖中老年女士），自選炒菜和涼菜每天雷同。
衞生：保潔人員很負責，態度好。基本衹讓倒垃圾和補充一次性用物，很認真。
補充一下：個人認為對寵物友好特別好，但訂房裡包括的手磨咖啡等未見服務員主動介紹，所以一直沒體驗

酒店的環境是非常不錯，早上在聲聲入耳的鳥鳴中起床，中午能在花叢中看到翩翩起舞的蝴蝶🦋，晚上能在潺潺的流水聲中感受夜晚的寧靜，酒店的管家服務也非常周到，可以幫忙安排餐食，在到酒店時來了停車場接我們並陪同我們辦理了入住，在給我們安排房間並細心的講解了房間的設施設備如何使用非常貼心

不建議入住！房間還算乾淨，但衞生間也有衞生死角沒處理。晚上頂燈突然一直閃。最主要周邊是還未建成的樓盤及公園，夜晚路邊沒有路燈，所以如果不是自駕的話，外出不便利也不安全。附近基本沒有近的便利店和餐飲店，都需要開車出去一段才能找到，所以非常不便利。就是基於這麼多不便利且算是偏僻的酒店，對於用水是限量供應的，我不理解。一個房間一天衹供應4瓶水（375ml一瓶的百歲山）如果超過了，一瓶要4塊錢收費。當我大晚上渴的沒水的時候，給前台打電話讓送水，先是詢問我今天要了幾瓶水，然後告訴我那送不了了，得購買，告訴我是酒店的硬性要求。我將近一晚700的房費，喝水都要收費，這是鑽到錢眼裡了嗎？是因為地理位置偏僻所以覺得大家不願意浪成本出門，一定會為這個事情買單。所以連飲用水都要收費的話，我覺得這酒店沒有什麼人性化可言。我見過酒店minibar是收費的，但我沒見過哪個酒店飲用水收費的，這讓人非常惱火，反正就這個酒店，不建議大家入住，不安全，也不人性化，所以非常不推薦！！！
