環境：很不錯，也算乾淨整潔
設施：比較齊全，配備有智能馬桶，送餐機器人送到房間門口後沒有提示就又自動下去了，這一點是否應該跟進維護？
服務：前台人員服務態度一般，衹能算是做到自己份內之事，與其他酒店前台熱情關懷態度相比有差異。

房間很好很安靜，前台小姐姐還主動跟我們講有自取的一次性漱口水那些，上次提了早餐比較冷這次再吃意外發現多了保温的器皿，早上的橙汁很好喝，非常好的酒店！
