勉縣不多的連鎖酒店，華住會旗下維持着裝修的基本水準，硬件水平符合中檔酒店的基本設施。但勉縣缺少的一直不是條件好點的酒店，之前的錦雅，萬豪我們都住過，發現最大的問題是服務的意識。比如早餐的補餐，到了九點後即使餐飲服務人員不忙了，沒有的餐食不問是不會補的，果汁已經見底，服務人員多次路過，沒有再去補倒的一點意識。最後退房時，直接交房卡就可以退房，但是前台人員多一句您住的怎麼樣的詢問都沒有，不是説這句話多麼有必要 但她體現了酒店在乎住客的想法，這種對口碑的在意是我在勉縣眾多酒店中都很難見到的，我真不希望勉縣的文旅配套服務一直提高不上去，浪費了自己的歷史文化資源，要知道成都都羨慕你們這裏的諸葛文化，你們自己怎麼能不當回事。
最後想表揚酒店客服人員，阿姨很熱情，我們不需要打掃，阿姨還是幫我們補足了水和抽紙，感謝🙏

在勉縣早就發現的一家酒店，在一進縣城的大路上，很顯眼。有幾次電話預約都沒房了，這次倒是訂上了，很不錯👍，到底是大品牌，服務、硬件、軟件都不錯，停車也非常方便，以後衹要有機會還會選擇
