It was a very good trip. The hotel environment was comfortable, the air was very good, and it was a natural oxygen bar. It was so comfortable. The outdoor barbecue at night was also very delicious. 酒店寫的2點入住，結果説人太多房間沒打掃出來，承諾半小時辦理，結果直到4點才電話通知拿卡入住，業務水平堪憂，再也不會去

設施：很陳舊了，房間隔音非常差，這次的房間在一樓，不管是樓道里的人説話還是路上的人説話，聽得一清二楚，跟睡大馬路上感覺差不多
服務：入住的時候前台一片混亂，小長假的客流感覺完全接不住，入住以後，擺渡車也有點忙不過來，但是客房需要補充什麼東西都來得很快，親子活動的服務人員態度也很好

服務熱情，房間打掃的很乾凈，已經多次入住了，同時也推薦朋友入住。真的温泉水，泡完温泉身上的皮膚特別滑，值得來玩。唯一需要提醒的，就是小孩太多，要提醒帶小孩的家長注意安靜，不要打擾到別人
