I have been coming to this hotel for 18 months on business and the staff here the difference. Especially Kristthel, her service and kindness is second to none!

AVOID this hotel if you want a relaxing night of sleep in a hotel with caring and responsive management. First impressions weren't good as the receptionist desk was empty at 3PM with a sign that noted someone would be back soon (clearly short staffed). As a Bonvoy member, I wasn't offered a water/snack. The parking garage is very old, narrow and dangerous to navigate. The noise level was completely unacceptable. We were awakened at 5AM by partygoers in the next room. I attempted to contact the front desk several times, but no answer. I finally reached them on my cell phone. After several minutes, they sent a hotel employee to the room with the noise, but it did nothing to quiet them. I called back again and nothing was done. I was never offered an apology by the general manager whom I messaged specifically to request an opportunity for feedback. I understand the hotel can't control the noise level at all times, but they should remedy the situation when they're made aware of it. So disappointed and won't stay at this property again. Awful value given the price of the price of the room.
