Just what I wanted!Few blocks away from the convention center. Trader joes is just opposite the hotel. The rooms are big. Alvaro and the reception are so friendly.

We stayed here during a last minute trip to Miami for the Memorial Holiday Weekend. The hotel is more of a condo style with basic amenities. The studio king room we had was a decent size. The bathroom and shower were clean but didn’t have enough room to store our toiletries. We didn’t get to use the pool but it was nicely designed. We didn’t like the fragrance or deodorizer they used in the lobby and hallways. It had a musty scent. The location was near different restaurants and the Lincoln Mall. The walk along Lincoln Mall was enjoyable and didn’t seem like too long of a walk to the beach given all the sights along the way. Overall, it was a decent stay for us.

Absolutely awful place - arrive after a long haul flight to find the hotel closed, shut. Apparently due to poisonous gas fumigation. Only option to call is via US number and they answer none of the lines - not even out of hours - this was 8pm at night. I am left in Miami with no accommodation and need to find alternative. Go back the following day - hotel still closed and still no one answering the phone. Now I'm back in the UK, I can't dial the number and no a lack of response and ownership to the problem and issuing me a refund . I've chased up on this many many times, I get an auto response of it's being looked into and then nothing - again and again. I am now left several hundreds of pounds out of pocket as this hotel did not get in touch to cancel my booking upfront and now won't refund me - disgusting!

As soon as I came in, I was welcomed with open arms by Fernando and all the staff, Robert was so helpful and such an overall great guy. Best hotel in Miami Beach. I don’t see how anything else could beat the warmth and hospitality of this place. I will only stay here when I come back to miami

This is a spartan hotel, but the staff was friendly. The check-in was a bit slow. It seems like they need to get the process down, because they asked me to fill out some forms I had already submitted online. They do have some basic amenities, like coffee and offered some kind of breakfast bars. My room was technically clean, but stank of cigarettes. It felt like smoke had permeated into the walls or something and was never properly dealt with, or a prior guest had violated the no smoking policy? The mini-fridge and A/C were a bit on the noisy side as well. I didn't have food, so unplugged the fridge. The location was convenient for my needs. Definitely in a walkable area.

It good staff was friendly specially Fernando he very helpful ..but I wish the rooms has full size mirrors and a dresser …the showers didnt work well otherwise staff are very friendly and the room was spotless very clean ..

Friendly staff, quaint place. For people unfamiliar with the area this was just what we were looking for before hitting a cruise the next day. Thank you for a great stay.
