Introduction I have been traveling since the age of 16 and I am 50, I have visited the best hotels in the world
I stayed for 2 days and I can say that apart from the price of around 180 euros per night for a double room the hotel is not worth a 3 star rating.
Positive aspects Very nice hotel from the outside, the magnificent lobby is very impressive but there is no value for money Room designed in the 70s with. Salty desalinated water!!! There is no hook in the shower for robes Sink knobs with hot written in French and cold written in English!! Fixed shower that doesn't move and you can't adjust the flow of water!
For the lights in the room there is no general switch to turn everything off from the bed and therefore you have to get up to do it Room safe not working and you are forced to use the one in reception every time.
Lack of simple things like an umbrella for customers in case of rain!!!
Lack of enough sockets to charge cell phones and other things Bathtub without hydromassage

Je rentre après avoir bénéficié d 'un séjour chaleureux et très bienfaisant d'une semaine. Un repos total , un cadre superbe ( intérieur extérieur) . Tout le personnel est d 'une extrême gentillesse .Que ce soit à l 'accueil (la réception ), aux restaurants , au bar,le service de ménage des suites et la maintenance ,tous fournissent un service efficace de qualité . Merci à eux ! Bref , l 'Hasdrubal Prestige participe à la réputation de Djerba dite " Djerba la Douce "

L'hotel e' molto bello ed e' un vero peccato che nessuno dei 4 ristoranti raggiunga un minimo di accettabilita , che il management non eserciti alcun controllo sulla funzionalita' delle strutture e sull' attivita' del personale.
E' inaccettabile che si debbano cambiare 4 volte le chiavi della camera perche ' si smagnetizzano senza una ragione apparente , che i resti di una cena stazionino nel corridoio delle camere per 3 giorni e vengano finalmente tolti al 4 giorno per le mie proteste , che per cambiare una lampadina nella veranda della camera si debba fare la richiesta per tre volte in tre giorni , che il cassiere sbagli a fare il conto costringendo a perdere tempo per le rettifiche .
