In the gym we found cockroaches, and the equipment is poor, except the cold in the corridors and you can easily hear your neighbours, the hotel is worth to visit. The food is tasty, The restaurant a la carte is open only at fridays and nobody will tell you about that. Employees are kind but most of them don’t speak english, will be easier to speak french or german.

Met all our expectations of a 5 star hotel; excellent location; huge variety of food--be it buffet breakfast, lunch or dinner: all cooked and presented to a very high standard; there were two special dinner nights: Tunisian and Mediterranean. Excellent meat tagine--and the sole on Med night was equally very good.

Wir hatten sehr gute Zeit dort, es war eine schöne Erfahrung, die Mitarbeiter in dem Hotel waren sehr freundlich, haben rund um die Uhr gelächelt und sich viel Mühe gegeben. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber, das Essen wirklich lecker. Das Animationsteam war immer gut drauf, freundlich und wir haben die Aktivitäten gerne mitgemacht, das habt ihr ganz toll gemacht: Lou Lou, kamavinga, yusef, Houssam, Fausi und Saber. Wir danken Euch allen vom Herzen und kommen gerne wieder!

Hotelbewertung Der Empfang war in Ordnung, jedoch ohne besondere Highlights. Leider entsprachen die Zimmer nicht den Angaben im Prospekt. Besonders die Zimmer im 1. Stock ab Nummer 343 waren stark beeinträchtigt, da der Lärm von der großen Bar bis nach Mitternacht deutlich hörbar war. Das Hallenbad ist zwar beheizt, jedoch ungepflegt und schmuddelig. Auch der Wellnessbereich ließ zu wünschen übrig: Bei der Mani- und Pediküre sollte man vorsichtig sein, da man mit schmerzenden Füßen und Händen nach Hause geht. Ein großes Manko war die Situation im Restaurant: Während des Abendessens streunten Katzen durch den Speisesaal und bettelten nach Essen, was vom Personal offenbar toleriert wurde. Positiv hervorzuheben ist das Essen. Sowohl das Frühstücks- als auch das Abendbuffet waren abwechslungsreich und reichlich. Auch das Personal war durchweg freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Anlage selbst ist allerdings in die Jahre gekommen und benötigt sowohl innen als auch außen dringend eine Renovierung. Besonders enttäuschend war der Zustand des Strandes, der stark verschmutzt war – so hatte ich ihn anders in Erinnerung. Fazit: Das Hotel wird als Erwachsenenhotel beworben, doch diesem Anspruch wird es nicht gerecht. Wer Ruhe und Erholung sucht, ist hier falsch. Zudem war die Belegung zu etwa 80 % von Französisch sprechenden Gästen geprägt. Insgesamt ist das Hotel nicht empfehlenswert.

Après une première expérience déjà très agréable, j’ai décidé de revenir dans cet hôtel pour ma deuxième visite, et je ne regrette absolument pas mon choix. Ce n’est pas seulement le confort et le cadre qui rendent cet hôtel spécial, mais surtout la chaleur de son équipe et l’attention qu’elle porte à ses hôtes. Voyageant seule, j'avais besoin de me sentir à l’aise, bien entourée, et cet hôtel a répondu à toutes mes attentes. Un immense merci à Louay et Houssem, deux animateurs absolument remarquables, qui ont su créer une ambiance amicale et bienveillante dès le premier jour. Leur professionnalisme, leur sourire et leur capacité à établir une vraie connexion avec les clients m’ont permis de profiter pleinement de mon séjour. Je n’ai jamais eu la sensation d’être seule, bien au contraire, chaque moment était empreint de convivialité et de positivité. Cet hôtel ne se contente pas d’être un lieu agréable, il incarne une véritable expérience, centrée sur l’humain. Merci à toute l’équipe pour leur dévouement et leur accueil exceptionnel. Je recommande cet hôtel sans hésitation et je serai ravie de revenir pour une troisième visite !

Très beau hôtel,propre, on y mange bien, le repas du 24 décembre était magnifique grandiose. Le personnel tjs souriant et notre salon de thé Ali d un gentillesse . Les animateurs très agréables sauf un qui m a dragué et demandé de l alcool et mon numéro de chambre il s agit de Houssem très déçue de lui et trop sur de lui . A part ceci j ai passé un magnifique sejour

Hôte propre, personnel de chambre très agréable et la chambre tjs bien faite, niveau restauration a revoir, surtout au niveau des entrées.pour le reste cela bon et variés. Seul bémol concernant le dîner du 31/12 organisation complète nule.
