Overall, a clean and cozy little hotel. It’s also got a shuttle service to and from the airport. Staff were friendly. Food items that can be purchased at the lobby area were a bit on the pricey side. Wanted to get a cup noodle but finally did not. 😂😂
I would recommend this hotel to those, just like me, would have a very early next morning flight to catch. Very happy with my stay there!

The room is fine, but I want to complain about one of the male receptionists. We booked four rooms, and my sister’s room had an issue with the heater. She asked him to come and check, and we also requested a room change. However, he said the hotel was fully booked and told my sister they could process a refund but that she and her two children (my nephews) would have to leave the hotel. This was the worst experience of our entire trip. After my sister told us what happened, my father went to the receptionist to complain, and only then did he agree to change her to another room. I hope the hotel management sees this review and takes appropriate action against this receptionist.

The room is comfy, the shuttle pick up service is good. Stayed for one night before an early flight.

The hotel is quite near to the airport and they provide free shuttle to the airport. However, it would be better if they could start the shuttle service earlier in the morning (e.g. 4:30 am for those who have a 6am flight)
