The dorms have very good privacy. Everything is perfect but please don’t sign up for their tours. They highly overpriced especially the lucha libre tour. The ticket cost 75 pesos and they charge 700 with a free drink and an ugly mask. Total rip off. Plus their guide does not really GUIDE !!

The management of this hotel is getting worse and worse. Shopping nearby is very inconvenient and the self-service machines in the hotel are very expensive.

The room is very exquisitely designed, the shower and bathroom are super clean, and there are activities at the bar every night, suitable for young people! The only regret is that there is a street of video stores downstairs, which is very noisy!

Later that night I really couldn't stand the smell, so I asked to change rooms again. Fortunately, I changed the waiter, and he easily said that he had a room to change. Finally, the environment is very good. There are different free programs every day. You can also meet people from different countries. I really like the atmosphere here!

This hotel is really **. Before checking out, they said that they needed to use bath towels for bathing, and they would send them to them later. The facilities are clean and the service and prices are really good. I recommend this accommodation as it has a great location and is a good value for money. It is within a 10-minute walk from Mexico City's Zocalo Square.

The location of the youth hostel is about 1 kilometer away from the main square. Since it is at a crossroads and surrounded by stores selling stereos, you can often hear the noise from ambulances, police cars, car horns and audition speakers in the middle of the night. I originally thought that this youth hostel has the highest fees. There should be a guarantee of responsiveness in all aspects of service, but when the small electric pot I stored in the youth hostel warehouse was thrown in the corner, and the bag wrapped in a borrowed blanket disappeared, then the hotel initially promised to repair it for me, but later it said there were no accessories. I was so disappointed with the hotel after delaying my stay, and then not admitting that it was their fault. During this period, Ctrip negotiated with the youth hostel for me many times. They either ignored Ctrip’s emails or pretended to be deaf and dumb (Thanks to Ctrip for this. Efforts) In fact, it is impossible for people to make mistakes. The key is how to behave after a problem occurs. Ctrip took the initiative to contact me twice a day about the progress of the contact with the hotel, but the hotel did not reply! Another special note is: the lower bunk of the bunk bed is almost a bed on the ground. The odor caused by someone taking off their shoes and the dust caused by opening the suitcase all gather in the lower bunk. It is really very uncomfortable and is not recommended. .
