Las instalaciones muy bien cuidadas, pero creo que deberían de considerar de mencionar que las instalaciones no cuenta con terraza amplia, y mejores instrucciones para abrir la puerta principal. Tambien hubiera sido muy agradable que por lo menos en las amenidades nos ofrecieran cafe diario en la habitación.
Pero si volveremos a quedarnos ahi y también lo recomendamos a futuros huéspedes, ya que se encuentra en una excelente ubicacion.

Had a wonderful time at the Orchid House. Excellent service, clean room, very relaxing. Breakfast is downstairs. They have a free continental but I paid more for the Chiliquiles which were delicious. In a very nice part of Polanco. Access to a lot of different museums and services. Would highly recommend.

Had a wonderful stay at this boutique store! The location was perfect — close to many restaurants and coffee spots, making it super convenient. The quiet and secure environment made us feel right at home, and the intimacy was just what we needed. Loved the fact that there's a restaurant connected to the boutique — so easy to grab a bite! The staff was incredibly friendly and courteous, making our experience even better. Highly recommend! ✨ California residents !

We had a fantastic stay at the Orchid House! We stayed for a week and the staff made our stay extra special. This hotel gives you a quiet space away from the busy city sounds and it is very close for walking to the park and museums. Sandra at the front desk and Ivana at the restaurant went out of their way to make sure our stay was enjoyable. Make sure to have a concha at the restaurant they were amazing! Looking forward to my next visit.

What a lovely oasis in the heart of Polanco! The property is beautiful and perfectly situated just a short walk from our destination restaurants, fabulous shopping and the Anthropology Museum as well. Orchids were overwhelming and the staff amazing. Arranged airport pickup and taxis, ensured we were greeted warmly even at 5 am after a delayed flight, and assisted with a major luggage snafu. The restaurant is a treat - with far more than just breakfast included with our room. Best Margherita pizza in CDMX! A beautiful hotel experience - we’ll be back!

Such a beautiful room and amazing location ! The restaurant is so good too ! Love this place and the smell of the orchids ! We had such a beautiful stay and planning to return again ! Me and my husband highly recommend this little unique hotel in the heart of Mexico City !
