Be prepared if you travelling with big luggage… this spiro staircase will make u extra energy needed and hard! (We stayed at 3rd floor, everytime up and down is killing us)

The location is excellent. is quite close to city centre and restaurants.

The hotel is old and hot water comes sporacdically. The surrounding is noisy even after midnight. Buying shampoo is easy from oxo shop but slippers and body wash are difficult. I cant even buy apples and oranges. Water is not provided.

Very clean and tidy. The staff at the front desk can speak to you in English

The location was so great that I stayed at the same hotel again after returning from Guanajuato. There were many Korean restaurants nearby and I saw a lot of Koreans. It was a safe neighborhood for a woman to walk around alone at night.
