Booking was easy via the portal, as were check-in, check-out, and booking the underground parking space. The apartment location is truly central and can be described as extremely noisy and conveniently located, right on a busy thoroughfare with traffic lights in front of rooms 108/109. There is no air conditioning in the rooms. With an outside temperature of 36 degrees Celsius during our two nights, it was clear that the windows would have to be opened. Despite the shutters, sleep was out of the question because the traffic was simply too loud and busy. In fact, after the first night, we left early the second evening. Cleanliness, as described by other guests, is also a NO GO. The built-in kitchenette is not clean and gives the impression of being superficially cleaned. Scented sticks are used to keep the room smelling somewhat pleasant. There is no on-site service - we were kept waiting via WhatsApp and asked to re-enter our booking after two hours, which was, of course, stated in the communication beforehand. Free cancellation wasn't possible, and changing to another room wasn't possible, and this was outside of the Sunday-to-Monday school holidays... The house wasn't fully booked. Stay away from this accommodation.
