The property is located centrally in Metzingen, with shopping outlets at a walking distance. The charges are also very reasonable if booked in advance. However, as a frequent traveller on business trips, what I find very unprofessional is that I mostly do not get the reserved parking even if I have the confirmation. Compounding this misery is that there is no phone support and you get some wishy-washy apology over Whatsapp for non-availability. They even have the gall to ask you to go find another parking in a public parking garage. One incident could be assumed to be a honest mistake. However, this has happened thrice with me over 7 trips. On top of that the customer service claims that people get parking 99% of the time!

Good location in a nice little town. Parking garage relatively nearby at the outlet center. Good restaurants within walking distance. We arrived at a late hour and the electronic access was appreciated.
