"Direct contact is best simply because Bryan is friendly and easy to deal with. The villas are great and there is one that has 4 bedrooms with elevated water views so it's ideal for families. Our 2BR villa with spa bath had views across the water and was well equipped. We even had our own gas bbq. The bed was comfortable and in spite of being next to the road to town was quiet - we slept like logs. Ok the weather wasn't idea for pool use but we can see how that would be a great spot in summer. On the way home we got a call - Bryan apologised he had overcharged us (we didn't know) and he was issuing a credit. That sort of honesty is hard to find. We have no hesitation in recommending staying here. There is even bird seed supplied so you can befriend the feathered locals"
