location molto grande e bella, servizio non proprio all'altezza. Poca attenzione al Cliente . Per il prezzo pagato ci si aspetta l'eccellenza, invece non è così.
Attese eccessive per farsi anche solo assegnare un tavolo al ristorante, o per avere un caffè o un cappuccino ( ogni richiesta deve essere fatta più e più volte finche qualcuno non porta quanto richiesto). Ho chiesto di avere un set di asciugamani in più in camera e mi sono stati portati 5 tappetini da doccia anziché gli asciugamani ( !!!!)
Bella la Spa , ma il personale non la illustra nè accompagna i clienti nemmeno al primo accesso.
Richiedono una caparra all'arrivo pari a 100€ a notte ( assolutamente eccessivo!! se uno pernotta una settimana deve lasciare 700€????!!!) , attenzione perché dicono che i soldi tornano subito disponibili al check out , ma non è così!! A me sono stati svincolati dopo quasi una settimana! Ho chiamato la struttura per avere info e hanno detto che dipendeva dalla banca perché loro avevano sbloccato , ma comunque è una cosa molto antipatica. Tra l'altro anche di cattivo giusto perché se mando degli ospiti nella struttura a spese mie , che figura ci faccio?? davvero di cattivo gusto. Peccato davvero

Já fui várias vezes. Atendimento espetacular, quartos grandes e limpos, café da manhã maravilhoso, lugar em meio a natureza. Vale cada centavo. Recomendo mil vezes!

We stayed 2 nights at the hotel, and let me start by saying it is one of the most beautifull rooms we ever stayed in. The setting is amazing the structure is very new. But what is wrong: - we arrived around noon, i was wearing a pair of designer shorts, a shirt and mocassins: we were asked to leave the pool and lounge restaurant as my choice of clothing was not ok. Long pants were needed. We left the restaurant, strangly on the terras outside people were sitting in shorts, but this option was not offered. So i headed to reception to ask if i should wear long pants for breakfast too? Reception thought my question was very strange so i explained what had happened they said that it was not correct and called the maitre imediately and appologised. The shorts an shirt were very good, no swimming pants and bathrobe was allowed. - ordered a drink at the pool, asked to book it on the room which the barman did, only to come back to me half an hout later asking for money as he had made an error. I paid cash and of course when checking out the drinks where on the hotel bill. - the second day of our stay it was a bit cloudy but a steady 28 - 29 degrees no wind, all the pools where closed due to bad weather????? - no problem we are at a spa and wellness resort let's go there but wait it was closed!!! ---＞ paid ful premium price for a welness and spa resort with 3 swimming pools, a spa and wellness and on a cloudy day it is all closed About the location, i already indicated that is very beautifull but prepare to drive the whole time nothing interesting in the surroundings of the hotel, 45 min drive to bologna centre

The pros: There are lots of things that are great about this hotel. The views are really special. Lots of local products to try at the restaurant. Wine tasting at the local vineyard is really, really special and in a stunning location. Rooms are very nice, quiet and clean. Enjoyed exploring the grounds, museum, and trying the different pools. Service is really great. Overall a special hotel and would recommend. The cons: Limited food options at the pool bar. It would be good to have more informal lunch options (e.g. poolside pizzas), or a more relaxed lunch time restaurant. The main restaurants were quite expensive (we tried Aurevo & Le Marzoline) and some dishes were also too small. Our food at Marzoline was quite cold and again small. One pool overlooking the driving range was very cold (most pools were lovely though).

This was a tough rating as I’ve actually stayed 3 times now and I’m sad to say this last one was the closest to a 4 star experience so it was touch and go. The staff are fantastic, the grounds stunning and we’ve had good rooms each time. Some of the spa and hotel need a little work but it’s clear money has been spent. The wine tasting and tour is excellent and the pools are great. All in all I would recommend on the whole just food choices have become a little more limited for vegetarians and the value a little less good than before. Still a lovely place to visit and would recommend
