Abbiamo avuto il piacere di soggiornare a Palazzo di Varignana affittando la meravigliosa Villa Mia Gioia, e possiamo dire con certezza che è stata un’esperienza indimenticabile. La villa è incantevole, curata in ogni dettaglio, con un’atmosfera che regala momenti di puro relax e bellezza. Un ringraziamento speciale va a Mariangela, che con straordinaria disponibilità e professionalità ha organizzato tutto alla perfezione, nonostante lavorasse da remoto. Sapere che aveva appena partorito e che, nonostante questo, ha seguito ogni dettaglio con tanta cura e precisione ci ha davvero colpiti. È raro trovare persone così dedicate e appassionate nel loro lavoro! Peccato per la reception potevano essere più professionali. Sono stati giorni speciali, che porteremo sempre nel cuore. ho avuto modo di visitare tante location con piscina e spa ma questa è stata la migliore in assoluto. Il posto è bellissimo, molto curato in ogni dettaglio, molto pulito. Le piscine sono ben riscaldate. Il personale gentilissimo, per ogni cosa sono molto disponibili, ti fanno sentire a casa. Abbiamo cenato al ristorante Aurevo, molta scelta e piatti ottimi, personale qualificato e impeccabile....promuovono i prodotti con professionalità. Da acquistare assolutamente l'olio di loro produzione, eccellente. Da provare la spa privata, con il percorso Ars Vivendi , esperienza molto rilassante e fuori dal comune. Ci torneremo sicuramente.

Totally unfriendly, not helpful with requests, they don't like families there, I have never felt so uncomfortable in a hotel, the outdoor area is beautiful but the hotel lacks friendly staff. We were often not allowed into certain areas of the hotel with our child, such as the pool, even though there was no one there
