The room was okay, but the service was not good. When we arrived at 11 o'clock in the evening, the front desk clerk was busy with other things and did not let us check in first. After checking in, we were always annoyed when we asked where to go in the elevator. I felt very bad. The breakfast was not good either.

Si tienes un vuelo temprano o llegas tarde, este es tu hotel. Hotel muy moderno: habitaciones y baños limpios y amplios. Muy buen desayuno (además hay una máquina que hace pancakes en el momento, lo que me encanta) y personal muy amable. Los camareros presentes en la cena fueron también muy amables. Tengo un régimen alimenticio especial y en todo momento, intentaron adecuar el menú a mi gusto. Probé el SPA: cuesta 20€ por persona si eres cliente del hotel para 80 minutos lo que está muy bien. Quería agradecer en particular a Silvia del SPA que fue muy amable y atenta conmigo. Si quieres ir al centro de bari, el taxi te costará unos 28-30€. Lo recomiendo totalmente. Si no tengo que ir al centro de bari, me quedo en este hotel sin duda.

El hotel es moderno, es grande, es practico, tiene tren para ir a Bari y esta cerca del aeropuerto. Y hemos estado bien en general, hemos usado las instalaciones de la piscina y han sido muy amables. Pero la recepción, hace mucho tiempo que no encuentro un lugar donde sean mas antipáticos y mal educados. Todo el personal era masculino y discutían entre ellos, estabas esperando para decir que la llave no te funcionaba y como si no existieses Nos dejaron las llaves encima de una mesa. Empatía 0. Algunas veces estas situaciones vienen de una carga excesiva de trabajo por exceso de personal. Una pena porque el hotel esta practico y agradable
