房間還好，但服務不行，晚上11點到達，前台服務員一直忙於其他的事而不給我們先check in，完成check in後問電梯再哪裡也是磨磨唧唧的，感受非常不好，早餐也不行

Indifferent/rude desk and waitstaff in dining room. My party of 4 went to dinner at this hotel, two of the party got their dinner in reasonable time, one got half of her meal very very late and one got no dinner at all! After repeatedly alerting the waitstaff we got the excuse it was the cooks fault.
For a hotel that charges $500 a night I found it to be greatly lacking.
I strongly recommend you seek lodging and dining somewhere else.

Staff quite rude and abrupt at reception and in the restaurant. Food for dinner and breakfast was quite nice. Room was huge with lovely views. Poor instructions re collection for the shuttle from the airport.

We had a great experience for 1 night as we landed at the airport at 1am. I called for the free shuttle when we landed and they came fairly quickly. The room was great and the shower had great pressure. With earplugs and eye mask I had no problem sleeping until 10am. Breakfast went to 1030 so we quickly got there in time. Not the best breakfast of our trip, but I would definitely recommend staying here if coming in late from a flight.

Clean, quiet, modern hotel close to the airport. When I checked in they were kind enough to accommodate me since they hadn't received my date change via my booking website. However, I asked for a 3am shuttle to the airport, they suggested I wait until 4am. They did NOT explain why. When I checked out at 3am the front desk clerk explained the airport didn't open until 430am. I could have rested an extra hour.

Everything was great. We walked from Airport to hotel. It was a bit hectic but using the hotel’s shuttle to the airport was only about 10 minutes drive or even shorter.
