Had a great time, staff were great, food was delicious but had the worst neighbors. I dont know if they were filming a disco movie in there or what but they definitely had a surround sound system or something.

I booked 1 night online and was charged for it, when I went to checkin the hotel had no record of my booking. I ended up still getting a room and it was quite dirty, there was a black film all over the carpet. When my family went down for breakfast at 9:05am the employee told us breakfast was over and proceeded to pack everything up with us right there. The hotel signs said breakfast was till 10am. I would have at the very least thought the employee would have let us get something, especially for my kids since there was still stuff out when we arrived but no. The hotel stay was fairly cheap on the plus side but came at the cost of very poor customer service and a lack of cleanliness.

First of all the bed spread was nasty, the room smelled like mold, the continental breakfast was terrible, the pole had slimy stairs and the bottom of the pool was slimy feeling, the bed was slantedid a very hard to get comfortable, there was pot smell throughout the entire hotel.

A lot of repairs are needed throughout the building. It smelled bad throughout the building. I don’t think they changed the sheets. They allowed animals in the building.

This is the worst hotel I have ever booked. Luckily we got a refund. The mold was so bad in our room that we were having breathing troubles after only an hour of being there. The pool was down right freezing for the kids. 0/10 wouldn’t recommend

The front door needs to be replaced as it's incredibly hard to get the luggage carr in and out of it.
Breakfast was not great, not much to choose from, no fresh fruit or even yogurt.

Original room had a nasty smell, both chairs were badly stained and beds were in bad condition. I also did not feel safe (no door latch) and was put in a room in the backside of the building. I complained and was given a different room closer to the front. This room was still kinda nasty but didn’t have smell. Very very disappointed! I normally enjoy my Red Roof stays.
