Everything was good. The staff's behavior was excellent, the breakfast, services, and the warmth of the room were all great. Everything was good, except there was no trash bin in the room itself.

A good option for visiting Venice. The tram station is 3 minutes away, and from there you'll be in Piazzale Roma in less than 15 minutes (tram service every 10 minutes). Decent breakfast.

The property is well connected to both Venice city center and Mestre. A clean and comfortable hotel. I would repeat the experience

The hotel is wonderful: I liked absolutely everything. Breakfasts are very varied and delicious, the linen is snow-white, the location is convenient (20 minutes to Venice by bus). We recommend!!!

The shower stall did not close, the shower leaked from all the cracks, at 8:40 in the morning, for some reason, housekeeping started banging into the room and woke me up. The breakfast was good, I slept well, it was quiet. I turned off the ventilation because it was making a lot of noise and opened the window. In hot weather this can be a problem.

Because I was considering the time to visit the main island, I finally chose to stay here. To be honest, it was far different from what I imagined. The bed can only sleep me alone. The only consolation is that it has all the facilities that a hotel should have. The breakfast is very rich and more cost-effective than in Rome. Go straight out of the hotel and go straight for about 200 meters. There is a brothers' barbecue. It is actually owned by two Northeastern girls.

Dated but efficient

We are super happy to have chosen this hotel. I had never stayed outside the island and I was a bit worried but the reality is that in 20 minutes you are there and the bus ticket costs €1.50 as in almost any city. I'm quite a manic person but I think the hotel's cleanliness was excellent, although if they changed some things like the shower screen the image would improve a lot. Breakfast of normal quality but for the price it seems to us that it would be very difficult to find another hotel of this balance. The area is fine, it is true that it seems a somewhat dead place but it does not give a bad feeling or insecurity. The staff was very friendly at all times, they let me check-in many hours before and I was able to rest in the room quietly. I recommend :)

Very close to public transport. Unfortunately the hotel is a bit worn out. Very nice staff. Breakfast is actually standard but sometimes not so fresh.

Me and my boyfriend were here for a few nights at the start of the month for my birthday. As we were only in Venice for 3 days we didn’t spend much time in the hotel apart from getting rest at night. The rooms were lovely, well kept, spacious and cleaned everyday, the air conditioning wasn’t working in the room however that was not a bother. There was free WiFi and the welcoming was lovely. The staff were lovely and very helpful answering any questions we had, pointing us to the direction of the nearest bus/tram station which was a 10 minute walk from the hotel for getting into Venice which was just a short 20 min journey by either bus or tram. One of the days we did go and spend the day at Verona which is an hour on the train, the staff were more than happy to tell us how to get to the train station which is either a 17 min taxi or or a 27 min walk. We chose to walk to enjoy the weather and explore Mestre as well. Overall we loved our stay for the little time that we spent in this lovely little hotel.

Friendly staff,bus stop outside to the airport and Venice. Safe not working and air-conditioning not working either. Room was cold. Not far from the centre. The breakfast was very good ,they have a bar but you wouldn't know it. Good for a couple of nights
