Leuke uitvalsbasis om het Sauerland te verkennen, echter geen airco op de kamer en het is allemaal wat gedateerd op de kamer. Het restaurant en ontbijt is goed. Op het buitenterras is er een mooi overzicht over het meer.

Ein sehr schönes Haus mit modernen Zimmern. Das Personal im Service und einer Rezeption ist ausgesprochen freundlich und die Zahlungsmöglichkeiten sind wirklich sehr gut. Für meinen Geschmack ist die Zusammenstellung der Speisen allerdings oft etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Geschmacklich ist aber alles gut und wird immer frisch nachgereicht. Sonderwünsche werden berücksichtigt. Erhebliche Abzüge gibt es jedoch für die Aufbackbrötchen beim Frühstück. Es wäre schön, wenn es bei einem guten Frühstück im Sauerland. Eine, wenn auch kleine Brötchen Auswahl in Bäckerqualität würde das Ganze erheblich aufwerten. Das soll jedoch ein konstruktiver Hinweis sein, denn wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder.

Locatie en uitzicht is adembenemend. Heerlijk gewandeld en gezwommen in de Hennesee. De kamer was ruim, schoon en praktisch, precies zoals ik het graag wil. Goed ontbijt, ook met vegan opties. De ‘biergarten’ is een grote plus. De hond is welkom. Parkeren kan op het afgesloten parkeerterrein en kost euro 9 per dag (schappelijk). Elektrisch laden kan beter in Messchede. Daar zijn twee snellaadstations (zoeken via de app). Er is geen airco op de kamer; daar staat tegenover dat het raam/deur open kan. Bij erg hete dagen kan het wel heet zijn op de kamer. Douche en bad waren gecombineerd. Vriendelijk personeel.
