Sheraton Mesa Hotel at Wrigleyville West

Was a great time and stay there staff worked with me on extending during my stay

My room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. I loved the location of the hotel near a small park and lake, places to eat, and only 12 minutes from the airport. The breakfast was not free, but I preferred ordering from the menu and having an affordable breakfast with healthy ingredients. The pools were sizable, and the lobby was pretty, and the welcoming staff were helpful!

Average stay at an average Sheraton. Prices between May and Nov are okay-limited and lacking menu in full service restaurant. Carpeting in rooms could be cleaned, not just vacuumed.

My husband and I spent the night here last Saturday. We had an event going on close by and I had to be at the airport the next morning, so we thought, why not. It's a nice place to stay, we have stayed there another time or two years ago and it was lovely! We were rather disappointed this time. Everything from the shower that had standing water the was slow draining and an awful tile job to the TV and the phone not working to the $41.00 beer with a shot. We were not pleased. When my husband gasped at the price of the drink the bartender said sorry, they didn't set the prices. When we asked what was going on the with TV they couldn't say, but someone was going to come fix it (and never did). We were up bright and early Sunday morning and went for a lovely stroll around the lake, after that we went to the pool. The pool area was a mess, towels and debris everywhere, two of the hot tubs weren't working and the one that was working had missing plaster and the tiles looked like they hadn't been cleaned since I don't know when. We were told that the hotel would soon be undergoing a renovation, I don't think it can happen soon enough.

We go to an event here every year. The rooms are nice and the pool is great!

Been a long time since I gave out 1 star. This is one of the nastiest unclean hotels I have ever stayed at. Piss on walls and floor. Shower full of black mold and god knows what else. Carpet is stained and sticks to your feet. Don’t touch the furniture! Bed is worn out. Good note is staff was amazing. Everyone smiled and was happy to help. Marriott needs to deflag this hotel.
