I had communicated multiple times before arrival that I would be checking in very late (around 2:00 AM on August 1st), and the staff was incredibly accommodating with this unusual request. ## Smooth Late-Night Check-In Arriving at 2:30 AM, I was pleasantly surprised by how efficiently everything was handled. The front desk gentleman was not only welcoming at that hour but also had everything ready since I had completed mobile check-in. He provided clear directions to parking with easy elevator access, which was especially helpful given the late hour. ## Thoughtful Flexibility What really impressed me was the spontaneous customer service. Without me even asking, the front desk agent extended my checkout time from the standard 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM, recognizing that I had just arrived in the early morning hours.
