The view is Amazing & the staff is always very helpful! Their pool is very clean & the breakfast was delicious!

My stay at hilton mersin was fantastic. All of the staff was proffesional & polite but specially Miss Cansu at reception was very helpful & polite. Food at restaurent Ichelle was delicious. Staff at restaurent was exellent but Mr Burak was exceptionally fantastic. Overall a good stay. ❤️

It is a Hilton hotel but an old one, the hotel definetely needs a renovation which is also in process at the moment. We wanted to extend our stay but couldn't do it because they couldn't provide the same price. These days hotel rates are worse than the flight tickets, they are always fluctuating a lot

Perfect place to stay in Mersin. If you have a car, everywhere is just in 10-15 min distance. No need to indicate Hilton quality.

All the staff are smiling, positive, positive. They offered and served everything we wanted before we even said it. The food was always fresh and delicious. The breakfast at Zest Bar, executive lounge, and Ichella restaurant was rich, open buffet, and the areas were always clean. They took all our care and showed great care for their little furry guests. The fact that it is a pet-friendly business also won our appreciation. They always offer every flexibility and privilege they can in every matter. Thank you Hilton team. A truly wonderful team. The reason I deducted one point was the spa section, the steam bath in the women's section does not work and is very small, when there are 5 people inside, unfortunately there is not enough space. There was no towel. There was no drink. Finally, the massage by the Far Eastern lady was very enjoyable.

We stayed in the last week of June, it seems more suitable for a business trip, the price/performance is above average.

Well located for families, the pool and gym are very good.

Everything was perfect. All employees are respectful and knowledgeable, parking is available, outdoor pool and breakfast are wonderful. There is an environment where you can feel peaceful. Thank you Hilton.

What you pay for is beautiful

The staff were very friendly, the room was clean, and the location was great. The sea view was great and the spa massage was excellent.

Location, service is very good. The food is good. The staff is very attentive.
