The location is good - just few minutes to the JR and bus station. Our room beside the river, view is great, the guys in front desk is great, a very nice hotel, will stay again next time

It's a cheap hotel but full of quality. When booking, I pressed the wrong booking for a smoking room. When they found out that I didn't see it, they changed the room for me.❤️

I would have liked a refund for cancellations due to natural disasters.

It’s worth staying in this hotel at this price, the room is not too small, and there is a convenience store, sushi, hamburger restaurant, and a local BBQ restaurant downstairs! Not bad, but the soundproofing was so poor that I was woken up by the sound of other people opening the door all night long!

It was good anyway. Cospa is very good. Detergent for clothes is placed in the bathroom, and I thought that they understood well the people who stayed for a long time. However, when I tried to use the coin laundry, I was surprised to find that there was only one. The rooms were beautiful and very well cleaned. It was also nice that the air outlet of the air conditioner did not face the bed. It was also nice to be able to watch YouTube on TV for free.

他県からの利用でしたが、ホテルの場所は道沿いでもありとてもわかりやすかったです。 また、フロントの方の対応がとても良く感じのいい印象でした。 連泊の方用なのか、洗濯用洗剤が設置されてました。 ホテルで洗剤を設置してるのは初めて目にしました。 使用はしませんでしたが、ホテル側のお心遣いでしょう。 デメリットは、宿泊者用のホテル内駐車場案内が少しわかりにくいと感じました。 また、他の宿泊客が廊下を歩きながらの話し声や音などが結構聞こえました。 神経質な方は厳しそうかなと。 あと、お部屋の鍵が…古いかな〜。 総合的に、お部屋も清潔感があり、また利用させていただきたいと思いました。

部屋も広め ベッドも大きめ トイレットペーパーもふかふか クローゼットもゆったり エアコンもすぐ効いて 快適に過ごせました

ロケーション・コンパクトに効率的な状態に非常に好感が持てました。朝食も本当に工夫があり、美味しいですね。

繁華街からは少し離れてますが、清潔でフロントの方々の対応も良く、また利用したいと思いました。 延岡のお気に入りの宿です
