Unknown to the property owner, there were several major upkeep issues that resulted in water leaks. But the overall stay was great. Olivia offered a full refund for second day, so I honestly believe she sought to do the right thing.
Can't fix something unless you know about it. Overall she was great and otherwise experience would be a 10

Good spot for visiting NASA sites
Purpose of stay was to visit the KSC Visitor Complex. The property was well located for that purpose. We had a successful visit. The property met all of our needs.

Perfect Mini Vakay before Cruise...
We loved this studio! The pics are great but the property is even better in person! We were surprised how spacious it was. Extremely clean and bright. Super close to cruise terminal!!! We will definitely be staying here again.

Perfect Pre-cruise Port Canaveral
This property is perfect for a one night stay for two prior to a Port Canaveral Cruise. 5 minute drive to port. It is small but has everything you need. It is attached to a house and is a little challenging to find. You have to drive over the curb to park in the dedicated driveway but once you find it, it’s super easy. Olivia was very communicative. There was a bottle of wine waiting for us, which was a lovely surprise. Water, coffee and creamer were also available which was well received. We were there on a Sunday night- it was quiet. We enjoyed our stay.

Great Pre Cruise Stay
Our stay was so cute & Comfy
I highly recommend this Vacation rental as an overnight stay pre cruise. So close to the port and we got to hear and witness a rocket 🚀 blast off!
If you are a local I would definitely recommend this rental for a romantic weekend getaway.

Family visit
Wonderful short stay and decorated so chic. Very clean. My family visited with me there and we were able to make breakfast and hang out. Check in easy and hostess was very thorough and quick to respond. There were even little winter spice tea bags. Yummy for the rainy night stay. Excellent choice and will stay there again. Ty Olivia.
