Only a 2-minute drive from Historic Cocoa Village and a 15-minute drive from the beautiful Cocoa Beach. Enjoy ice cream anytime at the Dairy Queen just down the street. Pets are allowed but a pet fee is required. Two day stay
We stayed for two days to visit the Kennedy Space Center. Everything was perfect, we had a great time!

Very nice will stay again
It was perfect for our weekend getaway. Lee had everything we need'ed for the beach It is bigger inside than it looks when you pull up. Very clean in and out The only down fall is I have lallergies most plac s don't bother me but if you have allergies I will tell you bring something for them. Other than that it's perfect. We had 9 people.

Convenient, clean, well appointed
Lee’s property was a great launch pad for all of our adventures in the Cocoa area. Super convenient to the Village, beach, sailing center, grocery store, restaurants, etc. Would definitely stay again!

Excellent property and host
We needed a place to stay in Merritt Island while we attended a family funeral and memorial. This house was perfect for 3 adults. It was very clean and extremely well appointed with kitchen and bathroom supplies, and other amenities. The host, Lee, was very proactive and prompt with providing check in details and accessibility for anything else that we needed. I highly recommend this property if you need to stay in MI or the surrounding area.

Lovely Home
This is my third time staying at this property. We have 3 dogs and they love it there! One of my dogs would probably stay out in the back yard all day if she could. The host has been easy to get ahold of also.

This place is conveniently located to everything and has everything. The owner was very accommodating, beyond what was necessary. Highly recommend.
