Very comfortable and in a great location
Fantastic location with direct beach access and only 3 doors down from Nobbys Beach Surf Club. Very friendly on site welcome from the staff. The property shows signs of wear in places but the overall condition is still great. Very very comfortable room with beautiful views from the balcony. Everything you need to have a great stay with a fully equipped kitchen and a laundry. I would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful accomodation right on the beach, beautiful views with surfers to the north and Burleigh to the south. Quiet even though they were fully booked, great for families as kitchen fully equipped so you don’t have to eat out for every meal if you don’t want to. it was a 10 min drive to the middle of surferS which for me is a Perfect location without the hustle and craziness of surfers but still with amenities close by. The hosts were very helpful, and secure parking great. I miss sitting on the balcony watching the waves while having my coffee. We Will definitely return

Great location with super views along the coast.
Excellent location and views but even though very comfortable and clean apartment was a little tired but guess this is reflected in the tariff.

Disappointing management
On site management was over the top. Micro management of how to entering and exiting the building. Accusations of parking in the wrong numbered car park, which was infact incorrect, no apology was offered. In lots of ways ruined the holiday.

So disappointed in this place. The pictures are definitely not recent. Lots of maintenance is required and could do with a good clean. Some things are actually not safe, especially for kids or older people. To top it off though the management were quite rude and very unaccommodating. Lots of choice on the Gold Coast don't come here unless it's the only place left and you have to come.

Photos are old. Apartments do not look like this. Very dated and need maintenance. Things broken or missing. Not clean. Service is poor too. Management very unaccommodating and rarely available. Would not recommend, definitely consider everywhere else first.
