酒店的位置還行，如果不是自駕遊，祝這個酒店的位置搭乘公交車還是很方便的，另外房間也適合做飯，有全套的廚具。不好的地方是沙發顯得太臟，有異味，床上的被子顯得很成舊，也不乾淨。

Il personale è stato molto gentile e disponibile. Il resort è perfetto per famiglie con bambini. Noi avevamo una stanza in zona piscina adulti, molto silenziosa. A pochi minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia e pochi passi da woolworths.

As others have already said in their reviews it is a very tired looking resort generally unkempt and dirty. The toilet in our bathroom was stained and the stairwell leading up to the property was filthy. It was not cleaned during our entire seven day stay. This is not a four star resort it’s a glorified caravan park. If you like staying with trailer trash this is the place for you. This is supposed to be a resort that caters towards children. Even in the designated children’s pools there were adults dropping the F bomb left right and centre. We used the kids club for 3 hours on one occasion and the children (8 and 6) spent the entire time playing Xbox on what was advertised as a sea animal craft afternoon session. There was no craft. Better to save yourself the $30 per child and stick them in front of the television yourself. Same thing really. We also found the manager to be rude and dismissive in addressing our concerns. Would not recommend and would not stay again.

The only reason I am leaving one star is because 0 is not an option. My stay here has been a terrible experience. People staying two levels above me have been terrorising my children and management has done absolutely nothing about it. They have poured water off their balcony, played knock and run, left blue dripping slimy stuff on my door and thrown ice at my young daughter hurting her. I have called reception numerous times explaining my children have been hurt and are scared. No one offered to come and clean my door or check my daughter was ok. I told them I did not feel safe staying two doors below them and there was no offer for me to move rooms or move the people responsible. What was meant to be a relaxing family holiday has become a holiday full of tears and anxiety. I would not recommend this resort to any young families. I’ve spend 2500 for a stay and am nothing but disappointed. Even worse when I went to the e front desk and asked to speak to the manager as I had not received any follow up. I was told it’s my fault because I hung up the phone on them which is not true at all. I have tried to speak to management at least 5 times about it and they have not taken my complaints seriously at all

This review is nothing to do with the Resort itself, which was great. We had a unit that was a self managed B&B within the escort owned by a man, David. The unit had mould in showers, it took me 3 hours to clean the unit with products we had to purchase. Black mould in showers, slimy mould on walls, actual fungus on soap holder in shower and walking around on floors made our feet black! I was absolutely disgusting! Please make sure you never book unit 245! I have never in my life experienced such filth. We had children & grandchildren from ages 2-24 and they were horrified. My advice to the the wonderful staff at the resort; get rid of David being able to rent out such a disgusting unit.

Very Poor Management. Old and damp rooms, nothing like the photos. Hi Nick Next time you need to address someone in the carpark, a simple “please don’t park here or your car will be towed” would be sufficient. An unnecessary lecture isn’t required. As the Assistant Manager of the facility, I’d suggest focusing on ensuring the rooms and stairwells are properly maintained first — after living here for a year, I can say the standard doesn’t match the hype. Personally, I wouldn’t be so proud to manage a place that overlooks the basics. Some basic customer service would go a long way. Thanks.

Very child friendly, staff during day were very helpful and friendly. Apartment needed a bit of maintenance eg batteries in remotes and safe (didn't work) Only downside was our room key failed after a swim at the pool one evening. Man behind the counter wasn't concerned i had 3 youug children locked out at night which i made very clear and proceeded to check in other guests while i stood there dripping in my togs for 20 minutes

My family and I stayed there for 8 days and we had a good time. The apartment is spacious for a family of 3, and has laundry room which it was a + for me. My son enjoyed all the pools and kids area. My husband loved the gym and used it every day. The location is good, but during our stay there was a lot of construction on the road for the tram extension. When we requested a service, they were not very efficient and sometimes we had to request for 3 times the same thing. I wish their restaurant had a better menu selection. Overall, we had a great experience.
