The location of the hotel is okay. If you are not traveling by car, it is very convenient to take the bus. In addition, the room is also suitable for cooking and has a full set of kitchen utensils. The bad thing is that the sofa looks too dirty and smells bad, and the quilt on the bed looks old and unclean.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The resort is perfect for families with children. We had a room in the adult pool area, which was very quiet. A few minutes walk from the beach and walking distance from woolworths.

Rooms, towels and plates were dirty.
The place is very old, shower door felt like it was going to come off any minute. TV unit was not placed properly

Would have once been a great facility, needs a tidyup and new single beds, the springs in mattress coming through.
Plus they charged us $150 to change to a diffent room as They put us on 3rd story and elderly mum struggled with all the stairs. Reception girls said sorry, thats what it is!!

Impressed with all aspects of this resort. Our 2 bedroom apartment was great, even had a washing machine which was perfect for our week long stay. Free parking was also a plus! The kids enjoyed the pools and splash pad everyday. Restaurant was great. Our room was quiet and everyone was respectful. From the resort we could walk to the beach and supermarket, and easy drive to pacific fair, surfers, theme parks etc. I will recommend Turtle beach to everyone coming to Gold Coast. A++++

Do not go! There are tram line works outside the hotel, making it dirty, dusty, and noisy. The vibe here is far from a holiday atmosphere. The apartment we stayed in was outdated and not very clean. Some dishes were not washed properly. We were only provided with basic amenities in the bathroom and kitchen. The beds were average, and the pillows were not comfortable. While the Deck restaurant offers some nice food, the staff service was shocking. The pools are decent, but that alone is not enough for a pleasant holiday. Luckily, we only booked six nights. You also have to pay $5 for each pool towel you use and an additional $5 every time you want to book the tennis court. Overall, we were very disappointed and do not recommend this place.
