"We stayed in apartment four, which has been recently, beautifully renovated. It is a large 2 bedroom unit with brand new bathroom and ensuite. Being upstairs, and the closest to the street, it provides great views over the bay from the living areas and large balcony. It had a washer and dryer, comfy bed, free on-site parking to the rear of the property. Modern technology, and good wifi. We were greeted by the owner, Sharon, whom was lovely to deal with and takes obvious pride in their property. Great location, five minute walk to main drag of Merimbula."

Kingfisher Motel (Adults Only)

"Last minute booking. Came for a few nights and stayed a week!! Situated on the hill into Merimbula the Kingfisher Motel has the most incredible view’s overlooking the town, ocean and tree line that offer abundance in beautiful birdlife Retro style accommodation with kitchenette, microwave and all you need, very clean and spacious…. Did I mention the balcony and that view! Great hosts! Janine and Baron were amazing! So welcoming they really made us feel at home. With information on what to do, where to go, maps to boot. We were even given a complimentary bottle of champagne 🍾 New year’s eve with some muffins. Janine even gave us lemons from the tree and some home grown eggs, seriously beautiful real people who clearly love what they do We will definitely stay again"

"Located a 20-minute drive from Jervis Bay, deep in the forest where you can see kangaroos, the houses are spaced out, creating a very quiet and pleasant atmosphere. However, the rooms were a bit chilly during my stay in August."

"Great location close to centre of town. Very clean and well presented. Middle of the range fare in building beginning to show its age. Shower in ensuite needs attention as flow is very poor. Major issue with me if shower is second rate morning/evening. Double and three piece lounge in living area way past it’s used by date and needs urgent attention. Not comfortable to relax on at end of day."

"Perfect spot, close to everything. Sonya and Kevin are amazing hosts, who are happy to let you know what's happening in the area, or just have a chat. The apartments are very clean and tidy, and well stocked with everything you would need for a short or long stay. We stay here a couple of times a year, and would not stay anywhere else."

Waterview Luxury Apartments

"Sadly we were disappointed with our stay at Waterview Luxury Apartments, the apartment itself was a good size and clean, perhaps a little worn and shabby in the bathrooms, but fine. The location of our apartment was the real disappointment, we expected a water view of Merimbula, instead we were at the back of the property above the reception office. We got a partial waterview and a great view of the busy road running across the front of the property plus the airport runway. The road had almost constant traffic so sitting on the very small balcony was not an option. Overall our stay was a let down and I also feel it is only fair to let others know about the almost constant road noise. Note: request not to stay in apartment 9."
