"While the staff was very friendly and helpful, This location did not meet our expectations , The rooms were not the same as the photos which was disappointing not the end of the world . The first room we received was covered in lady bugs , and smelled like dead bugs , there was a nest of them in the corner of the room as well as many dead ones all over the room. The kind lady at the front desk got us another room , but the new room was not very clean , there was lots of hair all in the shower and all over the bathroom, After being on the road for 12 hours we cut our losses and went to sleep . I have stayed at many Hiltons and this was honestly the dirtiest one I have seen so far . Very disappointed ."

"What is this Quality Inn? should be called Bad Quality Inn, I smelled an unpleasant smell from the beginning of entering the hall, the room is also, really ****...the worst Quality Inn, I have ever stayed in, if I can refund, I will immediately turn around and leave. The furniture in the room is tattered, it is really a broken hotel! ! ! ! !"

"Checked in and person in office left and locked up. We got to our non smoking room to find it very well smoked in, no cups, no coffee, no ice bucket . Pillow more like a flat throw pillow on couch. When I finally found someone there will be no coffee, gave me another pillow of same poor quality, they had no ice bucket. I got cups from our vehicle. As far as the room recking of smoke was told it is a non smoking room and pretty much deal with it. "

"The worst dump I've ever stayed at. Commercial dryers in the parking lot, room next door filled with stacked chairs. Was informed there would be no breakfast although there was when booked, owner didn't care. Stayed up all night with the curtains open to watch our vehicle, we should have ran but needed to stop after being on the road for a long time. Mold on bathroom ceiling, towels the size of washcloths. Photos must have been years old because they weren't indicative of the room we had. No signage stating the name of the hotel, just a Days Inn sign from what they probably were until a rep must have showed up and seen what their name was on. Funiture with screws popping out of the top and completely warn with the finish rubbed/scratched off in many spots. That about covers it, still want to stay there?"
