Résidence Pierre & Vacances les Ravines

Beau séjour Le studio pour 4 n'est pas pour 4, nous étions 2 et c'était le max. Nous nous attendions à un peu plus de commodité (un seul rouleau de papier hygiénique pour 7 jours, pas de sel et poivre, ...). L'emplacement est excellent, au cœur de Méribel et à quelques pas des pistes. Le personnel à l'accueil est très courtois et répondait à toutes nos questions. Les heures d'ouverture de l'accueil sont à considérer.

Parfait Excellente communication avec Melina qui est aux petits soins pour ses clients, une aide très appréciable, elle est très compétente et professionnelle. Très bonne emplacement sur la rue principale. Appartement propre et fonctionnel. Tout était très bien. Nous reviendrons.

Accueillant Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l'accueil à la fois au téléphone, mais aussi à notre arrivée et la disponibilité de la personne en charge de l'accueil tout au long de notre séjour. Ce fut très agréable pour nous.

Merci a Maeva a l'accueil qui a été très gentille pour trouvé un autre appartement mieux adapté pour une famille. La résidence situé dans le centre de la station avec les restos et magasin a 2 min a pied. L'endroit et station top en été avec plein activité. en réservant sur le site pierre et vacances nous avons eu l’accès a la piscine offert.

Everything started well with a friendly welcome. Not knowing Méribel at all, I then asked where to park. She wrote me down on a piece of paper the name of the car park where I could park, telling myself we have a car park but not the same as the other stone and vacation So I park where she told me The stay went pretty well even though we were next to the ski room... The apartment is pretty much clean if you don't look in the trash can in the bathroom where there are still the cotton swabs from previous vacationers and the omnipresent dust We have to look for the duvet and cushions for the sofa bed since nothing is indicated. In short End of stay we will collect our car and surprise €60 parking for one so-called free parking, great! Nothing was specified apart from the name of the car park and supposedly we were advised to use the municipal car park but unfortunately that never happened!! So against this bad faith we preferred to leave without making a fuss. So be careful for the next ones, ask for details! Ps: 3 night stay for four people 1 roll of toilet paper After requesting one more we are told that the next one will be chargeable! Disappointed with a big group like this
