Cleanliness: Most units are described as clean, with well-maintained bedsheets, towels, and bathrooms. Some guests noted minor issues like damp odors or dust, but no significant mold or hygiene concerns were reported consistently.

Centrally located. Rooms have amazing views. But check in time is super late than usual. And they asked for early checkout either. And for the price— you have to clean the room. CLEAN THE ROOM, do the dishes, thrown away the trash & fix all the bedsheets & linens on your own. Hassle. Didnt feel like a vacation at all.

The staff were nice and the apartment was suitable for me . It was at a reasonable price in a generally overpriced area and would be happy to stay there again.

rooms where old and need of an update. No bedding for the sofa bed and no duvets for the bunk beds. Had to ask for these. Toilet kept breaking down with blockages every day and made alot of noise through the night. Location was great. Receptionist was very helpful

Great first ski trip Booked 2 rooms for 8 adults and worked out perfectly! Well equipped! Starter kits for kitchen and bathroom. Clean linen and towels. Front desk was super helpful! Close to ski lift and pubs for a little party!

Location is perfect for skiers, in the city center just 30 meters away from the escalator that leads to the ski area. Price is affordable for the Three Valleys but the mini apartment is equipped with just the very essential so you need to bring your own stuff (soap, paper, trash bags, etc.)

MERIBEL 12/25/24- We MOST HEARTILY RECOMMEND a stay at Résidence Pierre & Vacances Les Ravines, in the district of “Les Allues” but do not be confused, this is in the very heart of Meribel, not the village of Les Allues!!! You could not ask for a better location for your stay to ski and explore the 3 Vallees. Although the reception is not open all day, the hours are not really inconvenient, they are open in the morning and in the afternoon, best of all if you are arriving when the reception is closed, there is a baggage room with a coded lock, and you will be provided this code upon request, you can deposit your luggage then explore the village to obtain a ski pass or rent equipment. We mostly interacted with Gonzalo, who was conversant in several languages and always had a smile and warm greeting for us. There is the ******- not for playing blackjack but for buying any type of coffee, lait, baguette, fromage or whatever you want (including a very reasonable bottle of Crozes-Hermitage) for your stay. 50m away is an excellent sport shop with everything you could want for your stay including ski rental. I really appreciated them for the expert ski boot adjustment that relieved very painful pressure. There is an access to the slopes located there (with escalator), so you need only walk about 75m. The room had a double "murphy" bed and 2 bunks, small kitchen and a tub in the bath. Great view to the West. Small kitchen with fridge, coffee pot uses cone filters. WE LOVED IT THERE!

There are many positives about this accommodation which have already been covered in the previous reviews. I agree with the positives so thought I would concentrate my review on some of the concerns raised by previous customer reviews. The first thing I’ll say is that you need to consider this is self-catering accommodation in a high-end ski resort, where almost everything is expensive. Overall I think it’s very good value considering this fact. Wifi was good in the room allowing 5 devices for free. This is not a hotel and you’ll be responsible for some cleaning and taking out the rubbish. Having stayed in other self-catered accomms this is better than others I have stayed in. Quality cooking equipment and crockery we included and a small welcome cleaning pack to keep you going until you get to the shop (which is across the road). Cleanliness. My apartment was very clean. The bathroom smelled a little damp but once it was vented for a bit it was fine and there were NO signs of mould which is the most important thing. The bed linen and towels were clean and plentyful. Space. It’s fairly spacious for the type of accomm and cost, although there was only me staying in this room. The sofa bed. Mine looked really new, it was solid with a very comfortable mattress and I had a great night sleep every night, there was NO squeeking as previously reported by some reviews. Noise. I was at the rear of the hotel, so didn’t hear much noise from the outside bars as most of the bars are at the front side of the hotel. Part of being so close to the centre means you will get more noise from bars than other accomms that are not in the centre, however, I loved how close I was to everything. There was some noise in the corridor sometimes when guests came back late but again this is what I have experienced in most places like this. Overall, the noise wasn’t a major issue. I sleep heavy anyway and I would always suggest taking earplugs on any holiday. Ski lifts. I don’t consider this true ski in/ski out, but I think there may be access to a blue run across the road, although I never used it. The chaudanne centre is about 10 mins walk down the hill and a shuttle bus stops at the front of the accomm which takes you down to the chaudannce. Checkin is limited to between 5pm and 7pm. If you are arriving outside of this, you will need to contact the hotel ahead of time, details on their holiday listing regarding this. So, over all really good and I will be staying here again!

Visited this camp style "hotel" which is pretty similar to Russian hotels in class for one week for 4 persons. We had quite small 1 room apartment, with small alcove with bunk beds next to toilet and in the bigger room a wall bed. So every time you go to toilet you end up waking up the alcove sleepers and want to sit on the couch you make up the bed. Apartment has microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, tableware, safe deposit box, heated drying rack, hairdryer, 32" TV, vacuum cleaner, balcony with two chairs and a table and roller covers to cover up window and door. Apartment was in general quite poor condition as all the lower priced are, paint chipped and missing here and there, water damage signs in bathrooms doors lower parts. The apartment have clearly had its best days some time ago even though there had been some attempts to renovate it with newer laminate, dishwasher and a fridge. F.e bathrooms sink is flat so the water was not drain out from it since there's no askew in it and if you spit toothbrush - you end up having mess with all of the edges toothpaste which is nice. The pinnacle was the bathtub shower with rusty shower screen. You'll need to do your own bedding in and out, carry out your own garbage, clean out the kitchenette, no cleaning is done via the time you visit and no towels will be washed. Remember to bring your own toilet papers and 50L garbage bags since there's just the initial one with no additional ones aren't supplied. Ski room is in the 2nd floor and you go there via the reception in the 3rd. Same key to room works to ski locker closet. Bring your own boot dryer there's none in the room or ski room. Walls and ceilings and doors seem to be quite shallow and baffle sound poorly so if the neighbor is a heavy snorer or flatulent or party-hard person you'll get to enjoy the party too. Upper floor sounds from walking is a joy too let alone the aisles with or even without boots on. Sauna costs 10 EUR per 30 minutes and you'll need to order it from the reception in advance. Ski-bus does not go from in front of the place and you'll either need to walk almost whole 400m downhill to La Chaudanne lift or walk also downhill to next street Rte Albert Gacon's bus stop. At 1st floor theres a side door there's a shortcut unless your keen on going get around building by walking on the streets. Coming back in the end of the day from La Chaudanne at least bus labeled altiport does stop in front of the "hotel", press stop at the second bus stop. Ps. Take a look at the keycode on the paper that you get when you arrive, you use the code to get in from the outdoor while its locked.
