A Very Nice And Helpful Staff And Very Friendly.

I was impressed within the first five minutes of getting there. "Azu" went above and beyond in getting me situated with my room and I was waiting for her to finish, another customer started singing her praises. I had a wonderful time here....would definitely stay here again.

My brother and I stayed here while on a trip to North Carolina for a few sporting events. We had come to Raleigh for a Hurricanes game and picked this location to stay due to its close proximity to PNC Arena. There is nothing close by that you could walk to, no restaurants (other than a McDonalds), shopping (other than a gas station convenience store). The Hotel is okay, the room seemed a bit small but it wasn't anything that you couldn't manage. The amenities were a bit scarce, (this is a no frills place). Continental breakfast met your needs, nothing to fancy the usual, cereal, yogurt, bagels, toast, muffins, some fruit. I must say the front end staff were very friendly and nice. They do have a shuttle that will take you to the arena for about 10 bucks which isn't bad. All in all an okay place but if you don't have a vehicle your pretty much pooched. Cost per night was $ 105.41 US if you booked in advance. (we booked two months in advance)

Long story but had to change from one room because there was no refrigerator So the next room was fair except for the bathroom was atrocious!! And the only resolve the staff could give was to keep moving to different rooms Which was hard for me because of 2 small children …Wasn’t the best experience

We stayed at this hotel well we were in North Carolina to watch the Bruins play the Hurricanes. The hotel was very modern, and smelled great when we walked in. The staff was very friendly, and accomodating. The room was an upgraded king. It was modern, and clean. The room had a big lcd tv, fridge, and microwave. There was a train track that ran parallel to the hotel on the side with even number rooms. We only heard it once in the middle of the night. But it did blow its horn and wake us up. The pool, fitness center, and business area are great. A big bonus was the free transportation to the RBC center. There is not much around other then a Mcdonalds, but we had a car, so it wasnt a big deal. I would stay here again if I were in the area.
