Walked into our room Sat down to order our dinner.. FLEAS on the beds, on the floor.. literally JUMPING around. Absolutely disgusting. Now having to sit in our car after checking ourselves for fleas after leaving the room. Desk did not seem concerned then asks for ID to switch rooms. Not one concern that there is FLEAS IN YOUR ROOMS. NASTY . The photo attached is bugs on thr floor. They were all over us. Biting us before we got everything out into the hallway.

Compared to other Hilton properties this one missed the mark. We stayed two nights and one of the nights there was a reception at the pool area which our room overlooked. The party went on longer than I expected so that was disappointing and I was trying to get rest. The skirt cover on the bed was ripped and should have been replaced. One of the elevators was working and it just didn't feel clean

We could almost overlook no water available for Hilton Honors guests. We could overlook the excuse that “the truck comes Monday.” We could almost overlook the worn, stained carpeting throughout and the bargain bin furniture. We could almost overlook the lone, squeaky, straining, s-l-o-w elevator. What we can’t overlook? BED BUGS! Imagine our daughter’s surprise to see an unwelcome little vermin skittering across the pillow next to her. The last time we stayed here was in 2022. Only because there were no other options available. Same thing this time. This hotel needs a good steam cleaning and the Orkin man. It’s unfathomable that this is a Hilton property.

The room was adequate. I thought since it was a Hilton, it would have a higher standard. Everything was clean, the staff was friendly and it was quiet. However, the air conditioning did not work well and it was not air conditioned in the hallways. Made for a musty smell. We had to rearrange the room to get the sofa bed out, which made it a challenge to get around the room.

I didn’t like the roach I saw when I went down for breakfast. Told the lady Angela from the kitchen and she killed it. The next morning my husband killed a huge roach that came out from under the bed.

We recently stayed at Homewood Suites by Hilton Raleigh. The hotel was clean, spacious, and had a very welcoming and friendly staff. The room itself was comfortable and well laid out.
However, there were a few issues that affected our stay. The windows in our room didn’t close completely ( room 612) , and the outside noise made it difficult to sleep. We also didn’t have enough towels or any bedding for the sofa bed, even though the number of guests was clearly indicated in the reservation—we had to request both. Additionally, the Hilton app check-in feature was useless, which was a bit frustrating.
Overall, the hotel has great potential, but a few details need attention to improve the guest experience.

Staff was very friendly, however the hotel was not worth what I payed. The pictures were very deceptive. The entryway was nice, and smelled delightful, however the elevator was my first red flag. My room smelled so bad as soon as I walked in, dingy and old. The ceiling was falling, the floors were stained with what looked like blood and other things. The walls were stained with finger and hand prints. And worst of all, ROACHES! The room was gross. I didn’t even want to sit on the couch. Or lay in the bed. The front desk was kind enough to offer me another room, but I just wanted to leave. I hope they can make some updates, it was 100% not worth what I payed.

Nice, but in need of some upgrades.
This is a nice hotel, but it is in need of an upgrade. For example, only one of two elevators was in working order, and the one that was in service didn't work all that well. There are stains on the carpet in the hallway going to the room we stayed in. Staff was friendly. I would stay there again. It is convenient to Crabb Tree Mall.
