We stayed one night in Yosemite and then another night after returning. Some rooms can be a bit noisy, and it's close to the expressway."

"We left an electric toothbrush and a pair of AirPods Pro in the room. When we called the next day, they said they would return our call but never did. We had to follow up multiple times, and each time we were given an excuse—either the manager wasn’t available or the housekeeper had left. We are certain the items were left in the room, as we didn’t go anywhere else. They never found the items for us. The lack of honesty and accountability is unacceptable."
