酒店挺好的，房間很乾凈，有腳宮格過牆，米線前台前台小鏡很熱情，給我們升級了房間，大廳有咖啡，花茶，零食，冰塊，飲料那些。早點很豐富，保安大哥也很熱情，房間隔音很好

第一次到蒙自，住人民醫院旁的雲梯酒店，一進大堂，就感受倒了雲梯的用心，大堂木桌整條，寬大厚重，右手邊是軟軟的中式沙發，左手邊是花茶和輕食，紅茶，一次性紙杯。身體的疲憊感被漂亮的大堂經理熱情，明媚的，甜美的笑容一下子嚇走了。入住房間後，新鮮的水果已等候我們多事，尤其是温馨的卡片“親愛的家人，歡迎您來到温暖的家，，，，記不全了☺”。此時非常感動，腦子裡在想雲梯老闆如此用心，是哪裡人？多大年齡等等，太會經營了，每一位住在雲梯的客人該多麼幸福呀，想認識老闆。不一會兒，雲梯勤勞的大姐就把銀耳羹隨即送到房間，暖暖的，甜甜的。房間非常有特色，有着少數民族的神祕力量，乾淨，整潔，空氣清新，房間對面有一個不規則的大大的露台，客人可趴在女兒牆上遠眺城市一隅，視野開闊。 離開時，諮詢了大堂服務生，才知，從進大堂的花茶和輕食，再到房間水果，銀耳羹來自於大堂經理的設計。我震撼了！更震撼的是雲梯的早餐，蒸米飯特別好吃，米線，等等樣樣乾淨衞生，味道倍棒！還看到了90多歲高齡的奶奶吃的津津有味，蒙自之旅太難忘了！走的時候，美女經理還給我們帶了她自己剛買的零食，一切都是美美的，衷心的祝福雲梯長盛旺旺，祝福美女經理幸福平安，萬事勝意！
