Hotel front desk and cleaning staff are very friendly and helpful. Included breakfast is very tasty and healthy. Traditional over the bridge noodle and fresh soy milk served every morning . Laundry area has a large sink which is very useful. Room is kind of small but ok.

就店挺好，挺新的，前台很熱情。小婷給升級了房間，一進大堂有百寶箱，還有水果，零食，果茶，那些房間很新，衞生挺好的，早餐也很好吃，隔音效果比較好。不在鬧市區，很安靜，床比較軟，很好睡，淋浴很大，熱水很大

門口有大牌子直接可以看到酒店名字，乾淨，舒適，每天都有糖水，價格又不貴，出行方便，離汽車站走路衹有10分鐘，出那都方便，附近有大型超市

雲梯酒店處於鬧中取靜的地段，對於旅遊入住客來講，出行乘車也比較方便，距離蒙自汽車客運站步行也就15分鐘左右。周邊的就餐點也有選擇的餘地。
前台服務熱情實效，對住客的諮詢，都能耐心地答疑解惑。
房間的衞生工作也搞得不錯，配置齊全。體驗感舒適。
尤其是早餐供應，注重突出地方特色，品種也較豐富，還專設了特色窗口，給住客提供了正宗的蒙自菊花九宮格過橋米線。
