服務員素質極差，打了三個電話詢問怎麼停車，最後還是沒講清楚，服務員告訴我電梯口的標識是1棟，在地下車庫繞了幾圈才找到電梯入口。服務員用一句“我是新來的”，逃避責任。新來的不培訓嗎？

房間非常的寬敞，也非常的智能基本衹要動嘴就行，面板非常漂亮早餐有米粉可以吃也是非常的不錯，唯一的不足就是電視不能投屏不能看，工作人員鼓搗了一下還是不行，是一次非常不錯的酒店入住體驗。

即使花了一些時間去學習所謂職能設備的邏輯，但是依然空調不運作，燈光控制混亂，夜晚的衞生間燈光無法控制，深夜**刺眼……..並且空調降温無力，夜晚紅外線監控不到人類活動就停止工作….
我多麼希望低劣的智能酒店能消失在中國大陸市場，讓酒店經營者們迴歸到如何真正提高客户滿意度的核心之上。（可能他們也不在乎吧）
