帶家人到勐海玩想泡温泉選擇這家民宿，總體來説不錯，下次還是會考慮入住的，別墅在勐巴拉度假區內，環境很好，離城裡也不遠。兩室的別墅帶小院子，很漂亮，院子裏有泡池，温泉水很棒。
但也有些不足，第一：房間內煙灰缸沒有清理乾淨。第二，小房間的床鋪，被套和枕頭套上有灰塵。第三，泡池裡有很多灰塵（能理解是露天泡池，但是也應該在客人入住前提前清理乾淨），我們泡之前還花半小時清理了泡池。第四，衞生間下水道有返臭。

房間佈局大氣上檔次，進門就有個小院，門前是一個超大的停車場方便，房間裏有茶桌、麻將桌，更讓我覺得驚喜的是後院私湯温泉很nice，三五好友一起泡温泉不要太舒服，還有樓上兩個房間居然都有浴缸。滿足了小女孩的小愛好。每個卧室都有獨立衞生間，私人空間拉滿。

非常滿意的入住體驗，小區環境優美，生態環境非常好，有很多天然湖泊 森林！還可以泡温泉，温泉入户到院子！房間很安靜 很愜意的待了兩天，特別放鬆 老闆給的價也很優惠！行程比較緊，下次約朋友一起過來！

免費幫我們升級了房型，服務很周到！院子裏的温泉水很熱，泡着非常舒服！周圍環境很安靜，休閑一流！樓上兩個大陽台，各有各的風景，空氣清新，富氧含量高！出門右轉就是愛情莊園售票處，左轉就是非遺文化村，遊玩很方便！長者住得舒心，娃娃玩得開心！體驗了一把小清邁的感覺！

我以2024年5月1日入住該酒店，車停在酒店指定位置，其間樓頂上的瓦片跌落下來，砸傷車漆兩處，經多次協調未果，酒店推卸責任，讓我們自己報保險。對該處理方式我表示不理解也不接受，畢竟我是消費方，在酒店範圍內發生的事情酒店推諉扯皮，特此告誡各位住户，友情提示多加註意。
