The hotel is located in Qiushui Garden, a small garden-like setting. The ambiance is impeccable, complete with two black swans. The garden is divided into two sections: accommodation and dining. Since it's often used for banquets, cars can't drive directly to the accommodations. Unfortunately, it rained the day we visited, soaking us for a while. The service is definitely better in Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shanghai at this price point, but for a place like this in northern Anhui, it's worth it. Overall, I'm quite satisfied.

環境：非常好，沒想到蒙城這個小城裡還有這麼美的酒店，比較適合一天的休憩。
設施：比較新。
衞生：主要還是浴缸問題，如果要做高端酒店，要麼提供一下浴缸袋要麼可以在客户入住的時候再當面進行一次消毒。當時太晚了，浴缸裏灰塵較多還留有毛髮，不得不自己打掃了下。
服務：沒有逗留太久，所以沒什麼體驗感，但是酒店內部是園林風格所以比較繞路。

和家人一起定了兩間房，酒店很新，古香古色，園林景觀很美，兩衹天鵝很親人，早餐是揚州早茶，精緻美味。工作人員服務態度也很好，推薦入住！

服務：前台小姐姐很漂亮，服務態度很好，辦理入住的時候提供了免費的桂圓紅棗茶，好喝很貼心
環境：酒店建在森林公園內天然的森林氧吧，早上起床後去森林公園跑了一圈下來正好五公里，心情愉悦。
設施：科勒，漢斯格雅的衞浴很高端，大浴缸，智能馬桶，感應燈光，戴森吹風機，床墊軟硬適中，整體體驗感很好很超值
衞生：房間打掃的很乾凈。
美中不足外賣不是很好點，但酒店內配有餐飲可以點餐，並且味道超級棒，擺盤很精緻👍

第一次入住，剛進去的時候還是很驚喜的。園林風很有特色。但是沒人接待，找了好久的正門沒找到，還是電話給前台，前台人員來接待的。這種園林風格的酒店我們經常住，接待還是很重要的一般還會有接駁車，不然讓我們找到什麼時候啊！
定的行政套在一樓，入住當天有蒼蠅一直飛
然後一直沒熱水。 因為都脱了衣服所以座機打給前台，打了有3.4通一直沒人接。後來是攜程打的訂房電話才聯繫到工作人員，解釋説前台電話壞了？？哈？？？？？
工作人員幫忙看了一下然後去解決了，然後一直沒解決好説壞了，半夜12點了吧説給我們換房間，哈？？？？ 我都脱了寶寶都快睡了讓我們換房間，沒同意。兑了點熱水洗洗睡了
第二天有工作人員來道歉，説下次給我們補償加了微信，因為是回老公老家找婚房的，酒店的風景我覺得還是不錯的，但是服務還有待提高。
如果年底我的婚房定在這裏，希望酒店人員看到後能好好提高一下服務水平。
