"Its proximity to the sea and the market is great. However, the parking problem and the inadequacy of the breakfast (especially stale tea) are remarkable. We did not experience any cleaning problems, but the room is not tidied up, toilet paper and shampoo are insufficient, the refrigerator does not work. Room ventilation and air conditioning are ***et sufficient."

"Our mood plummeted the moment we entered the room. We were greeted by an old bathroom and old beds. The beds were far from comfortable. Everything in the room was old – the sofa, TV, console, etc. I've uploaded a photo of the bathroom below. The food was mediocre. I think it wasn't very tasty because of the brand of oil and tomato paste they used. The desserts were terrible. Even the biscuit pudding tasted like cheap chocolate. Also, putting only one chicken or other item on each plate at the barbecue wasn't a nice touch. They only increased the quantity when we asked for it. We stayed for four days, and there was live music only one day. The pool is small and usually full of children, making it embarrassing to go in. The cleanliness and the beach were nice, although the sea was always wavy in the afternoons. The kids did their best, but I think this could be improved, as they usually play the same songs and do the same activities. We had imagined a different and better holiday. This hotel fell short of our expectations. By the way, we went based on the reviews and ratings here. We were also impressed by their willingness to respond to every review. But these are the facts, folks, it's up to you. We wouldn't consider going again; I think there are better hotels for the same price."

"Me and my family (5 Adults and 2 Children) stopped at Paloma Pasha from 3rd June to 13th June 2026 after stopping at another Paloma Hotel in 2022 (Paloma Foresta) and our stay here was filled with brilliant memories of an amazing family holiday. The staff at guest relations did there upmost to make our stay here as relaxed as possible, travelling with a 3 month old we were worried about how my partner was going to pump and store her breast milk to feed our daughter, the team at guest relations stored our ice packs and spare supply of milk in one of the kitchens deep freezers and would deliver the Ice packs to our room every morning meaning my partner was not confined to our room every time she needed to pump. And every interaction with them was service with a smile, we couldn’t thank them enough. We also booked a taxi to Gümüldür Gece Pazari through them on their recommendation and enjoyed this Turkish market experience which was only a 10 minute drive away! They really are a credit to the hotel! The food variety at the main restaurant was good for an all inclusive package, and the à la carte restaurants we visited (Wabi Sabi - Japanese, Chinese & Asian dishes & Quentine - Italian, Turkish,Lebanese & Greek dishes) were absolutely amazing with Wabi Sabi being our favourite and the staff in all of the restaurants were friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. During our stay we also enjoyed spending our nights out on the terrace bar, which had comfortable seating and a quiet relaxed atmosphere. The bar staff here were very friendly and would come over to ask if we wanted more drinks which was always appreciated. The cocktail variety was also good and delicious. During the day we spent most of the time by the pool which was very clean and had good sunbeds and the pool area itself felt very relaxed and not over busy with beds being available all throughout the day. The pool & beach bar was very close and had a more limited amount of drinks our favourite being the ‘Turkish Lemonade’ which we highly recommend. Our room 414 was big and spacious and didn’t feel cramped with 2 adults and 2 children and all the luggage that entails. The furnishings were modern and clean and the bed was comfortable which really adds to a great stay. The mini bar was restocked everyday with Water, Fanta, Coca Cola, Sprite & Beer which was always appreciated after a long day at the pool or beach. The A/C cooled the room really well and was very quiet which has not been the case at other hotels we have stayed at. The bathroom has a large shower with a rainfall shower and a separate shower hose and the water pressure was very good. The rooms were cleaned every day to a good standard with towel creations on the bed a few times which we loved. The Wi-Fi worked very well throughout the entire hotel and was very fast allowing us to stream our daughter’s favourite programs while relaxing in the room in an afternoon without constant buffering. Overall we were all thrilled t"

"A fantastic hotel, and this is mainly due to the service. The food is delicious, and alcohol is served in reasonable quantities. The animators offer many fun activities; they encourage and encourage everyone to participate, including volleyball, water polo, and other games. Special thanks to the young animator, G{rkem. We became very close and friendly. When we lost track of our son, he helped us find him and was always available to help. He was kind, cheerful, and helpful.
