A very calm and welcoming place. The hostel is in Menaggio, a village on the Lake. You can only get there by boat or bus, so it's a good idea to plan ahead, the boat cost €14.

Stayed in a private room with family, small space but very clean, comfy beds and incredible view. Great location, 5 mins walk to ferry, just a couple of minutes to a lovely little cove for swimming, and where they do kayak rental. 10 min stroll to centre. Restaurant was great, delicious food, good value and free drink voucher is a nice touch. Staff generally all very helpful. Knew booking there was no air con, didn’t know there’d be a heatwave….so room was like a sauna day & night! Would definitely stay again just in Spring or Autumn.

I honestly loved this hostel. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and the whole vibe of the place made it really easy to meet people. The main bartender was hilarious and made amazing drinks—seriously, if you go, you HAVE to try the apple juice tequila. Sounds weird, but you kinda have to try it. The rooms and bathrooms were spotless, which I really appreciated. When we were there, they had a DJ night which turned into such a fun little party. People were dancing, playing games, just hanging out—it was so easy to talk to people and make new friends. They had board games and other stuff to do before we left for late night karaoke at the bar. Also super fun! Also, we were able to leave our luggage there while we went to Bellagio for a day trip, which made things super convenient. All in all, I had the best time and would recommend this place to literally anyone going to Lake Como. Great people, fun atmosphere, and just an overall awesome experience.

We stayed there for 2 nights with my cousin in a mixed dorm of 8 and it was ok. Very good value for money, very nice view, great breakfast, great dinner, great cocktail / wine :) Maybe missing a small lamp at each bed. The location is very good, ferry in front. Thank you
