Quiet location (about 30 mins to downtown) and good breakfast. The housekeeping service is almost nonexistent. Our sofa bed didn’t have sheets and there was none in the closet. Despite calling the reception desk to get that, they didn’t send any. We had to go downstairs to ask personally and collect the sheets. Okay experience overall.

The absolute worst Hampton Inn that I’ve ever stayed in. Carpets in public areas are heavily soiled, interior or elevators have significant damage, air conditioning in the halls on floors 2-4 is non-functional so the hallways are oppressively hot and humid. My first room had very heavy damage in multiple areas and the toilet seat was visibly filthy. Went downstairs and notified the front desk that the room was dirty and could I please move to another room. Thankfully I was moved, although no apology from the attendant. New room at least had a clean toilet but the condition of the hotel is nowhere near Hampton Inn standards. If I hadn’t arrived into town so late at night I would’ve left and found another hotel.

The room was very clean, no odors. Towels and sheets were looked at no issues there. Bathroom was also clean. The breakfast was your normal eggs, potatoes, cereal, etc. Large TV with a lot of channels. Only issue we had was our bathtub was draining slowly.

The breakfast was good. The kitchen and rooms were very clean and nice. Will be coming back soon. I also enjoyed the pool.

There was a mix up with my reservation and Sierra at the front desk was able to help me out by making the changes to get me a room for the night.
