Quiet location (about 30 mins to downtown) and good breakfast. The housekeeping service is almost nonexistent. Our sofa bed didn’t have sheets and there was none in the closet. Despite calling the reception desk to get that, they didn’t send any. We had to go downstairs to ask personally and collect the sheets. Okay experience overall.

This is a good-enough place to stay and you will be fine with it. Great location less than 10 minutes from the Mike Rose Soccer Complex and near restaurants (Huey's across the street) and shopping. However... this is the first hotel I have ever been to without soap. I asked the front desk if we could have some soap for the bathroom and was told they were out. I am sorry but there is a Costco literally right next door. No soap is just kind of inexcusable and probably a health code violation. We had to reach over for shower gel every time we used the bathroom. Imagine the number of guests who did not do that and then spread their germs elsewhere, such as the breakfast, which was a somewhat poor offering. The whole experience seemed a little cheap and dark for the rate. But, I would stay here again if the occasion arose.

The check in process was ok. I guess it’s a crime ridden area, so getting through the parking lot was an experience. The elevator has old unrepaired damage. The room has a stained sink. Bed was not comfortable. Went to fitness center-not much to it. It was dirty inside with used wiped on top of equipment, empty cups in various areas, and not wipes to clean anything. Breakfast was ok-typical hotel free food.

While we gererally like Hampton Inns This is reall one of the best. The registration was very professional and went out of her way to print out a crossword puzzle that we could not print out in the "business center". Lekal'a was great. Shintrail the maid checked out our room when we exited and found a phone charging cord we left and came running after us before we left the building. We were disappointed that their breakfast did not have half and half

This was my second stay w this Property in 2025. Initially, I booked the Property because of the good rates, and I've enjoyed good rates throughout my stays. Tip: book the suite for only a few dollars more (two TVs separate bedroom). The location of this Property is great: grocery store and lots of restaurants/gas station nearby. The Property has an outdoor pool and I enjoyed the pool most of my days. The fitness center has free weights. Guest laundry on-site. If you are worried about security in Memphis, the Property has restricted entry after dark and private security walking the parking lot. All that said, the #1 reason I chose this Property a second time and the reason I will choose them in the future is: THE FRIENDLY STAFF. My #1 stay-Priority is to experience FRIENDLY INTERACTIONS w Staff members and from housekeeping to every rep at the Front Desk: I was treated very well and I was remembered from my 1st visit. This good tone is likely set by the GM and leadership: so thanks to those people for making Friendly Guest Interactions a top-priority; I appreciate this.

Shout out to Cameron and Daphne (sorry for the spelling) and the entire staff of this hotel. I never felt like I was bothering anyone and in “hospitality “ that is a trait hard to find. Keep up the hard work!
