The second floor is an oversized room with one queen beds and a sofa that makes out to a queen bed. This is our 4th year staying at this property. Its alway a smooth process. Its 5 minutes from downtown and close to everything. The neighborhood is safe and very boutique like. Great parking and access to the garage.

At first glance the house looked small from the outside however once the door opened it was much bigger. The house fit our needs and was very clean. The beds and couches were comfortable. The water pressure in the showers was great too. Very close to the Mississippi River and some small parks. There's a great market nearby and amazing Italian food right around the corner. We will 100% stay here again on our next trip to Memphis.

In town for graduation
We stayed at this house when we moved our son in for college 4 years agoAnd now we were here to celebrate his graduation Come full circle Everything worked out great

Everything was great i just think the trees need a little trimming it was drawing lots of Mosquito
Everything thing was nice besides the smell out front. I font know what it was but everyone Enjoyed the house and yes i would stay there again and we loved the location

Neatness
House inside and out was not well kept. Not as it looked online. Was only three of us but it was booked for 5. Would not been good for that many people. Hall bath was very hard to navigate. I will choose a well know hotel next time
